P0335 Nissan Sunny With An Intermittent Crank No Start After An Engine Swap

Got called out to a local shop to diagnosed a vehicle and while I was there, the shop owner asked if I can diagnose a Nissan Y11 AD wagon for an intermittently Crank No Start after an engine swap. The shop owner said that the car started and drove onto into the service bay and now it doesn't want to start. A few sensors were thrown at it and still nothing, Let's see how we can assist and probably learn a thing or two.
