Interesting, and whenever I look up on the Texas Department of Licensing & Regulation's elevator search site, even the elevators from 1996 to 1999 are listed as Montgomery (not Montgomery-Kone).
I just did some research and found that the Silver Legacy first started construction in mid 1993. So, that confirms that these are VERY late Montgomerys
For some reason, I always forget these are as new as they are. My mind always reverts to Minneapolis Hilton as the newest Monty highrise cars from 1993... but these are definitely newer, although the Hilton's Monty's may be faster. (judge for yourself... there are vid's on here.) I like both of them very much!!
It has a very nice floor passing chime.
These are MongomeryKone because KONE took over Montgomery in October 1994
+QuarioQuario54321 The National Bowling Stadium across the way from here have Montgomery elevators from 1995. These were are the last of their kind.
