"This one is not as fast" -- because the display was skipping many floors at a time due to the high and variable speeds, possibly local/express. A very intelligent display. Incredible acceleration and change in acceleration both up and down.
@@Photoelectric_Elevators The elevators are quite intelligent and determine where they can go to 'express' acceleration. The display skips floors to avoid distracting flicker.
I rode these a few years ago, these things are absolute ROCKETS!!! Both towers. But the fastest elevators in Vegas have to be at Strat (Stratosphere). They have 1800FPM Otis elevators.
Awesome elevators! One of the songs playing were Any Way You Want It by Journey

4:44 No 4’s in the tower
The reason for skipping the 4's is that in Asia, 4 sounds close to death.
@@bismarckbros.8039 these are not even in Asia! These are in the US!
Ironic if it's at 4:44 😂
Was the 75 floor button not working?
It was carded off
@@Photoelectric_Elevators door opens right in the room
Why is the floor numbering wack?
The building is a little over 50 floors.. They do this shit in Vegas in many resorts where they lie about the floor count
