You say you appreciate us. Well I must say I appreciate you! I’m new to crocheting and you have taught me soooo much. I have done a couple of your patterns. You go nice and slow and tell me where to place my stitch markers. I donate my projects to a local newborn agency. I feel so relaxed just holding my hook. By you doing UA-cam it has made be a crochetor and now my daughter is starting. So I send you a huge Thank You!
I think the doily would look beautiful in the two blues and white.

I can see the Doilie in white, the mint green and the rose in the Armania yarn as a "Soft Christmas" Doilie. The colors you chose, would also look very nice.

Christmas colors
I would love to see it in the white and blues. It’s beautiful in the original Christmas colors but I’d like to see the alternatives. Can’t wait for the tutorial. I have been wanting to try doing a doily with thread.

Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family!! I'd use the three colors you mentioned for the doily tutorial. The colors are wintery rather than Christmas-y so could be left out for decor all winter. The others would make a great one, too, but I see them more as eastery colors

I would try the doily in blues.
The Armoni is certainly in "Glenda" colors. Looks very pretty. The banless is also another great "Glenda" color. Could you use the two blues, the white and the red? I think that would be a beautiful Americana doily.♥🤍💙If not then the blues and white💙🤍
Cute doily. I couldn’t see the thread colors for the light reflecting back to the camera. It looks like a long project, but not if you crochet fast. ❄️

I think rose and mint might work together for a future project. Azul and white would look a bit nautical, but really pretty, so I would go with the blues and white.
I wonder if the Encanto colorway is supposed to be themed like the movie Encanto...
You may want to mess with your light though. Some if the lighter yarns were a little harder to see because its almost like a bright flashlight is pointed at it at a wrong angle. If you have the light directly in front of you, maybe it would work better if you put the light to one side a little bit? I'm not sure. It's not that big a deal. Just a thought that might help a little. :)
