I too travelled in this same bus last year April. At that bus was newbie and looks beautiful. Sema ride on that day. 4:30 bus started at Thiruvanmiyur because no one from Velachery boarded in bus. At 5.30 bus started at Koyambedu and reached Krishnagiri at sharp 9.00. (Non stop). Total kilometres Koyambedu to Krishnagiri is 251. Within 3:30hrs reached. Bus was cruised like a beast. Really awesome ride and ever had in my life... And also on that day bus overtook Parveen travels Scania near Vaniyambadi which you have shown in this video.

When Scania started their intercity product line-up in India, it attracted lot of operators as Scania give in-house built bodies which saved operators the hassle to build the body from outside firms. Also the Scania had increased seating capacity with lesser leg room than previous gen Volvos, hence more profitability for the operator. However, Scania has now shutdown their body building line due to non-profitability and those going for Scania now need to have the body built outside just as Volvos. Lot of people didn't like the new Scanias due to the reduced leg room, however for an equal comparison we need to look into similar seating capacity on both Volvo and Scania.
