I bought a set of rebuilt 215 injectors many years ago from Canada. There was a guy that had a shop up there that built engines ect . He sent me the injectors with 2 sets of washers. I have timing added to my engine. The thicker washers did not idle as good for me . I pulled the injectors and installed the thin washers . Idle was better and it seemed to Rev up better. I just assumed it was from the extra timing . Thanks for the videos

Great series Rob ! Your advice and tip's will come in handy real soon. Almost finished with welding in my B-Pillar mount's. I'll post the progress vid soon. Then it's ready for paint prep. I've been cleaning up the area for the motor Re-fresh. Thumbs Up (my emoticon tab disappeared ?)

Like what you're doing with this series. Getting ready to start an engine build for a welding tow rig...not too heavy with the welding setup,but appreciate this series. I'd like to do compounds for that build so I'm interested on what youre going to do as your single charger. Also heard yesterday all new manufactured Borgs will be going up in price...Great,working mans turbos are turning into trust fund Garrett's
I had to do 10ftlbs over on the injectors to get them to not leak, so i feel much better that you do as well. The paint marker tip to mark the balancer to make finding tdc easier is something ill definitely do now, seems like common sense. Let us know when the site is up, im a Canadian getting reamed by duties and would like to support your business.
