On PC, pressing R switches between stratagems and equipment.

@@TreacherousPineappleKing I cant believe I didn't know this. Also pretty sure it doesn't tell you that anywhere on screen. Anyways. It worked. Thanks

It does tell you, right above your equipment or stratagems it tells you. You can see at 0:04 it says [R] EQUIPMENT, and then at 0:13 it says [R] STRATAGEMS. Of course, it is easy to miss and I didn't notice, one of my friends had to tell me about it a while back.
