[TAS] Hyper Street Fighter II : Anniversary Edition - Sagat

Got a few Old Street Fighter TASes I didn't upload yet. Some Not uploaded, some still not finished. Gotta get to work.
This run with Sagat is the Super Street Fighter II Sagat. He has better recovery after Tiger Shots, making on Get-Up Combo Potential. I tried to do it on several chars, mainly Zangief but I couldn't get full combos due to the Slow down in game when Projectiles hit.

Not only did O.Sagat wreck the tier lists, he also wrecked his other self! As O.Sagat was climbing his way up, he saw "the newer him" and wasted no time. O.Sagat threw his deadlier Tiger Shots at his washed-up self. N.Sagat was traumatized, yet enlightened. N.Sagat had no choice but to accept his defeat, but in the end, the darkened young plumber shows no mercy to him, and he understands.

OP didn't actually play Old Sagat, it was actually Super Sagat. ST Old characters in HSF2 has ST logo in place of super meter and chosen by holding Start when chosing Super in edition select.
