Carol was such an entitled vile human being, and the demanding their son took on the name of the woman with whom she cheated on ross with was despicable
@malovina You mean, the episode in which this happened was a “what if” episode? I’m so sick of this whole “it’s just a show/movie/book” mentality. It doesn’t allow for any discussion.

Ross talks about this moment in later episodes, such as to Charlie when he’s in Barbados, which is confusing because I thought it only happened in this alternate reality.
@@RocketuberThere is an alternate reality episode where Rachel never left Barry, Ross and Carol stays married after having Ben, Monica is still fat, Chandler writes stories for magazine, Joey never left Days of our Lives, and Phoebe works in Wall Street
He said that after he discovered carol was a lesbian he thought of that idea unlike in the alternate reality where it was Carol's and unlike the alternate universe they never actually had a threesome in real life although carol did agree to have sex with him one more time during the divorce which led to ben but susan was never involved
this was an “what if” episode so it never actually happened. but ross does mention that right before their divorce carol wouldn’t shut up about how awesome “her friend” susan was so she was definitely letting on lol
This episode was "the one that could have been". So all this didn't actually happen but it Could have taken place if ross and carol never divorced eachother back then. I guess, in reality the only signs were carol and susan happily spending lots of time together 🤣
Fun fact: one of the subtle ways they showed this was an alternate universe was in the og carol hair was always straight whereas Susan was always curly. Here it’s the other way around: carol is curly and Susan’s is straight. The women still suck though
wtf it has nothing to do with "beta". carol is a lesbian and she would still be a lesbian even if she had married an 'alpha'. saying that someone is queer because of their 'beta' partner is fucked up. im guessing you're prolly either white or american.
