And as said, it's good for the mental health but also can help eradicate most of urban-related diseases like the chronic diseases! It's funny
Anyone wanting to start practicing cold plunge. Know 39 degrees is quite cold. You will still get benefits up to 62 degrees. If you are going to work up to 6 minutes from 2-3, gradually build up to 6. Warming up can be hard for some people and you don’t want to stress your body too much. Scientist in cold therapy and Thermogenesis say doing 11 minutes cold plunge (in a few separate sessions is optimal for benefits of plunging. More is not necessarily better!! Have fun and be safe plunging, the benefits are HUGE!! 🥶🩵👏🏼👏🏼
