Shocker that the “look at me” sideshow babies also commit vandalism with paint and light off illegal fireworks - all trash and chaos. All cars need to not just be impounded, they need to be sold at auction and all proceeds used to pay for damages and police overtime and remainder donated to SF Boys & Girls club. Licenses need to be revoked. This would end in weeks. ❤

Maybe you could monitor social media like these attendees do to find out in advance when they are going to happen. Nah, that would involve actual police work, forget the idea.
How about spike speed bumps tha design to destroy your tire if you go the wrong way like in some parking lots. So the moment they do donuts/burn outs their tires get shredded making it easier to catch them and arrest them. Just make sure you guys install them the right way. It's simple but effective against idiots. Tiny speed bumps like that won't stop dumbasses. Also a lifetime ban from getting your id/drivers license 🪪 with 6 months in jail and $15,000 traffic violation ticket. And if they don't have a license them 6 years in prison no bail. It time you guys start giving out harsher penalties stop being soft.
The only deterrence is deportation.

San Joaquin County Sheriff solved the side show problem there when his special team swarmed in on a side show and impounded some 80 vehicles as evidence against spectators and was in no hurry to return the vehicles.

The intersection of Harrison street and Fremont street in San Francisco also needs these speed bumps too. This intersection is a problem intersection for sideshows.
Why do you get the luxury of calling them speed bumps when the 3 signs visable from my front window all say SPEED HUMPS. That is a disgusting city for you.

When I grew up in San Francisco, we went to candlestick Park, brotherhood Way great Highway or series point which is called today, so no more raceway
