    U must try Hyderabadi style Mirchi Bajji. But must ask for the stuffing mirchi bajji which is almost same but Amchur tamarind stuffing with few more masalas are stuffed and served with sonth and hari chutney😋😋😋I miss that food

    Chef, It’s Not Mirchi Vada, it is Mirchi Bada.
    I’m from Jodhpur and the place Mirchi Bada originates. 🙂

    Authentic Michi bada have 2 coating of aloo . Inside mirch and outside mirch is covered with aloo . Then dipped in besan

    Hello Chef.
    I recommend you to make 'Dalma', an Odia Dish so that many people can know how to make it. Plus it's a very healthy item, can be made with little oil, good for those who are following a Low oil Diet Regime ..... and this should be served with Rice or Roti. 🙂

    I’m a die hard fan or each and every recipe of yours sir! Just one request, would it be possible for you to show recipes for 3-4 people? I understand that I can make half the quantity but on an average nowadays there are roughly 3-4 people every unit. Also, till now I’ve made your pav bhaji recipe more than 10 times but I’ve never got the quantity of bhaaji right as it’s always extra 😅 so just a small suggestion if you could make recipes for smaller families as well. 😊

    Yes, I am also from Jodhpur and the Mirchi vada's of Jodhpur are very famous and our breakfast on every Sunday is of Mirchi vada's only.
    But in Jodhpur's mirchi vada's, the potato is coated twice, one inside the chilli and one outside the chilli..

    I ate them in our Village a couple of year ago...when a Rajasthan somosa wala ..made it .. these type mirchi bajji became so famous that normal mirchi were avoided by people... unfortunately that rajastani guy left our Village for some family and personal reasons...but these bajjis are still remembered.
