I understand that I can make half the quantity but on an average nowadays there are roughly 3-4 people every unit. Also, till now I’ve made your pav bhaji recipe more than 10 times but I’ve never got the quantity of bhaaji right as it’s always extra 😅 so just a small suggestion if you could make recipes for smaller families as well. 😊
Yes, I am also from Jodhpur and the Mirchi vada's of Jodhpur are very famous and our breakfast on every Sunday is of Mirchi vada's only. But in Jodhpur's mirchi vada's, the potato is coated twice, one inside the chilli and one outside the chilli..
I ate them in our Village a couple of year ago...when a Rajasthan somosa wala ..made it .. these type mirchi bajji became so famous that normal mirchi were avoided by people... unfortunately that rajastani guy left our Village for some family and personal reasons...but these bajjis are still remembered.
It's nostalgia for me... I used to eat a lot of mirchi vada when I lived in jodhpur... It was my favorite
