Most likely what I imagine happened is the Spazzy guy lost by quite some way as they clearly didn't know what to do and were by my count at least 4 points down (not sure if the other dude got points for mount) and on bottom position with the other guy clear of his guard.
      You don't spaz like that as a white belt, get tooled like that, and win matches. Most likely the video turned off because it ended up being a tedious white belt match at that point and the other guy just lay on top of him and ground out the win.

    • @chancedean5341
      @chancedean5341 2 роки тому +2

      It is. As I understand it, it goes like this. The winner is Lavell Marshal who was a national Shuai Jiao champion and had started taking judo at the time of the video to add to his grappling vocabulary and was told to enter the competition as a white belt by his instructor since he was a beginner in judo, he did (to my knowledge) attempt to explain to people at the event that he’s not a beginner but they didn’t take his shuai jiao credentials as meaning anything because it was just some silly Chinese wrestling to them. All that led to this awful mismatch where he’s just trying to apply his new judo and stop this guy from injuring either of them.
      He is currently in Mongolia training Mongolian Bokh wrestling and makes some educational content about it, it’s really interesting stuff, they’re crazy tough out there.
