O vídeo apresenta a técnica de restauração de cavidades de classes I e II com resina composta Termoviscosa tipo Bulk Fill. Esse material apresenta uma grande redução da viscosidade com o aumento da temperatura, comportando-se como uma resina fluída quando aquecido e como um material de baixa viscosidade e esculpível quando atinge a temperatura do ambiente bucal. A alta fluidez inicial melhora sua adaptação às paredes cavitárias no momento da inserção em incremento único, permitindo na sequência que uma escultura satisfatória seja realizada após o resfriamento. O novo dispensador com sistema de aquecimento integrado por infravermelho também é apresentado, o qual facilita a utilização do material restaurador.

The video presents the technique of class I and II restoration using the Bulk Fill Thermoviscous composite resin. This material shows a large reduction of its viscosity under temperature rising, behaving as a flowable composite when warm and as a low viscosity and sculptable material at the oral environment temperature. The high initial flowability improves its adaptation to the cavity walls during the insertion in a single increment, allowing after cooling that a satisfactory sculpture can be performed. The new dispenser with integrated infrared warming system is also presented, which facilitates the use of the restorative material.

El video presenta la técnica de restauración de cavidades de clase I y II con resina compuesta Bulk Fill Termo-viscosa. Este material presenta una gran reducción de la viscosidad al aumentar la temperatura, comportándose como una resina fluida cuando se calienta y como un material de baja viscosidad y modelable cuando alcanza la temperatura del medio bucal. La alta fluidez inicial mejora su adaptación a las paredes de la cavidad al momento de la inserción en un solo incremento, permitiendo en la secuencia que se realice un tallado satisfactorio después del enfriamiento. También se presenta el nuevo dispensador con sistema de calentamiento por infrarrojos integrado, que facilita el uso del material restaurador.

Que vida media tiene esta resina en la boca? Mi dentista dice q me puso bulk pero en menos de tres meses ya me comi una buena parte. Y se supone que es mas durable que la resina tradicional ya que esta bulk es especifica para molares.

É difícil prever a durabilidade de uma restauração, pois ela vai ela vai depender de vários fatores. Dentre eles estão a qualidade do material, a técnica utilizada pelo dentista, a higiene e hábitos alimentares do paciente, a força da mordida, etc.
Não se deve assumir que a durabilidade de uma resina bulk fill será maior do que uma resina convencional utilizada com a técnica correta para ela.

The oxygen in the atmosphere impairs the polymerization of the external layer of the composite. The gel allows a complete curing of this area.
