Individual Health Assessment

How to find the spiritual health assessment in your profile: Log in to your Saddleback account. In the top right hand corner click on your name, then 'view profile'. Then go the left hand side of the page and click on 'health assessment'. Once you are on that page click on 'take spiritual health survey', answer the questions in each of the five sections, and get a summary of your results with next steps for spiritual growth.
