Oh I was so exited that we could use a video to communion rather than our usual format of saying the words ourselves with encouragement. Imagine our disappointment to learn the video was just someone saying the same things we've said ourselves many times with not great picture quality? Sorry to be less than positive and I'm sure some may feel very differently, but I hope Saddleback small group co-ordinators recognising the need will put some videos together that reflect the quality of production we usually see from Saddleback.
Those are the same words they say at Catholic mass. Whether or not Jesus meant them literally, "this is my body" or symbolically is the dividing line between Catholics and Protestants. Since the scripture is ambiguous it has been hotly debated for centuries.
