I'm glad that this is being built. The joke is that as far as Bombay infrastructure is concerned, we have such low expectations from the Govt that anything they actually build instantly becomes a tourist attraction !! 😂
Once they have built it they need to install huge drains and pipework to prevent flooding, reseal all the roads, build car parking buildings at least 15 storeys high, build footpaths and get people walking on footpaths and parking in car parking buildings across the city and mm region
Mumbai will be completely transformed in a few years with such metro rail, mono rail, bridges, flyovers, tunnels, Navi Mumbai airport, bullet train and what not !! ❤💯
I think if we can have a flyover from bandra EEH to MTHL on Rafi Ahmed kidwai then it would more useful for entire western suburbs rather than using sea link and worli connector?
I agree. That would be shorter and quicker to reach the MTHL. However all the investment has been going to connect Coastal Road with MTHL, that's why this Worli Sewri routing seems to have been chosen. But hey, I'm not complaining, at least it's being built 😂
I agree with all your comments, but there is also lot of complexity in the making of a project. 1-PAPS, Land acquisition, litigation, environmental impact, safety, etc. At least Mumbai is getting something I’m happy 😊
The roads have these small small shops on both sides and make it congested and looks bad. Those should be reconstructed and made nicey. Hawkers should be removed from roads. Goregaon Station recently they made a new road to ease traffic, but hawkers have come and sat there making the road small again causing lot of traffic. The useless police takes bribes from these hawkers to allow them to sit there. Even the goregaon east road near oberoi mall and dindoshi court! Soany hawkers and parking of ricksha, cars and bikes! Causes the extended/widened road to shrink! BMC and government needs to take strict actions!
This was the same update as per last update , so basically no progress at all , and pretty sure the dec 2025 deadline is a false commitment and June 2028 seems more realistic.
You’ve been committed to covering this project since the beginning. Thank you.

@@ashutoshphadke7069 yeah and government get to charge toll for sea link 😀, if they remove toll that would be good 🤔
They are trying to create a sort of a ring road around mumbai

Thank you. Just one correction. It is Narayan Hardikar Road (with a R). Not Haldikar (with a L)
Stand corrected thanks 🙏
Per km cost is above 300 crore? It's more than metro construction 😮
😳🫡
Very nice vlog, this area is my childhood place, I am 65 now, stays in suburban.
Appreciate your comments Sir. Thanks 🙏
How many lanes will be there on this connector?
2+2 Lane👍
