@@jamesgreen8573 no he is off the cuff that’s why some games he looks great others look he can’t play football no middle ground of just doing the basics well.
@@jamesgreen8573 my point is he is being mismanaged, it is a common theme with Man Utd youngsters over the years they come in fresh with new energy then the drop off is frightening. Of course they are being coached just not well imo. Rashford is the success story out of all of them and he’s still not where his talent dictates he should be.
Just want to say well done for resisting the trend of awful hype music and just zoomed in step overs that show no impact of the game at all. This is showing the wide shots of the action. Great edit, need more football youtube videos like this. Just a calm exhibition of incredible talent
What's funny is before his debut in the europa league I hadn't really heard of him. I mean I remember when Chris Eagles came through there was huge noise about him or even Robert Brady, Januzaj, Macheda, Michael Keane, Cleverly, Lingard, Pogba etc. He came out of nowhere and took his opportunity with both hands so glad and proud to say he's one of ours.
I knew that Rashy was one of the players within his age group with the most potential due to footy manager, but I had no idea of what he was really like.
Yeah this montage sorta paints a picture that he had this huge potential when it’s just not the case, he got lucky with his break with the injuries around and took his opportunity and never looked back
Behave. This was against a bunch of kids who haven’t gone on to make the grade in top level football. Bit of a difference if Rashford was scoring these goals against players who would in years to come become first choice centre backs for the biggest PL clubs, but that’s not the case. The reason he looked so good here is because the defenders weren’t good enough to make it.
@@andyc6542 I mean at 18 he was doing it against the best. The dicking around with Ole Mourinho probably set him back years. LVG I thought did well with him anyway.
Yes he fucks up sometimes and can be frustrating but man he can be very entertaining to watch like the psg comeback, that goal against chelsea the one against burnley recently as well he's definitely one of my favourites
Odd that he wasn't really getting much hype before his first team debut. Don't even remember him making the bench for the first team. Generational talent
Good lad, fine talent. Terrible how badly he's been treated by United fans. How many times did the old Trafford 'faithful' boo him off the park, lads giving him racist abuse online as well. He rose above that admirably.
I remember when he made his debut and scored 2 goals. Then he scored 2 more goals on his EPL debut. Then he scored another goal in the Manchester derby. He's really special
Having the right coach as young player to properly watch over your development is very important. Unfortunately for Rashford he never had that during his early breakthrough years at Manchester United leading to stagnation.
A talent needs a stable team. A child needs a stable family If dad or mom or manager changes too many times, a talent has no where to go but disappear on its own.
He didn't do anything wrong except for stay with someone who can't be stable with him They are already back together it's pretty sad, but whatever he should be cleared to play Just hope he doesn't end up like Cantona
I dont think rashford bulked up that much is necessary.. he looks like losing his electric attribute, he also doesn't develop his movements and keeps doing the same thing (cutting in and shoot) since his professional debut.. it is so frustrating to watch him now
THIS comment is so true. Hopefully he lives up to his potential. I strongly believe if he puts the work in, he can reach a top tier level. He's so gifted man, fingers crossed.
@@jssandhu3581 even if he scored 200 goals in two seasons someone like you will still say stupid stuff.... Someone scoring week in week out and you saying is not world class....Go on the pitch and score if it is easy...First stay fit nonsense

Too much pressure too quickly on him, same with all the young british talents
@@Obiodum_ dude, of course it’s a shame. It doesn’t imply any judgement that he’s a good guy, or he should come back. He’s clearly a bad lad, but it’s a shame to see such tremendous potential thrown away.
This is pretty misleading. Those of us who did follow United youth teams never really saw him as the one to step up. Even after his explosive debut we never really thought he would actually get as far as he has.
Mason still could be, but I think he's going to run into the Cantona effect when he comes back So many players have lost their edge after a long suspension
This season Rashford has lost his inhibitions and is playing without fear. He's been to the World Cup finals, the Euros finals, seen a few managers, players, and many fans, so now he's been there, done that, and has settled into himself.

Academy football is tragic. Not 1% of them make professional. Rashford has done very well for himself.
He just matured earlier than others and then they caught up to him when they matured.

Only real ones remembered Callum Gribbin, one of the best players in this side. Shame injuries haunt him :((

It’s disrespectful to put Rashford in the same sentence as Mbappe. Maybe in 2019 but not now
Because they imagine his name begins with a T
Now he is a reality for his team.
