This turned out great. A defensive start but in the end, it looks like Smith will be able to fly after all. He is amazing at what he does

I heard this episode was in tents.
I don't get it how this guy is able to dig in and find the exact problem, fix it and move forward and that happens on every startup he visit, But his percentages are quite high 😂
Hes legit a gun, he goes for the common-sense problems that most people overlook as well

Great to see Ethan have a revelation epiphany to grow his business.
The party float raft thing is really neat & cool, but I doubt the average weekend and/or summer fisherman would buy it.
Where I live here in Arkansas, I was so disappointed that the Gander Mountain store closed. I live close to Little Rock, and I used to love to shop there. Unfortunately when Bass Pro opened a new store here the Gander store closed. I talked to the manager many times, even did a little price and item shopping back and forth between those two stores, to help him keep up with what Bass Pro had going that they did not, and I assured him that many of us visited Bass Pro, but would prefer to go to Gander Mountain for our things we need, versus travel to the, what I considered, out of the way location for Bass Pro. Some how the powers that be decided that Bass Pro was hurting their sales so they closed down. Very sad,
