- In this episode of 'The Profit', a know-it-all sign shop owner goes head to head with Marcus Lemonis in Surfside Beach, South Carolina. ASL Sign Sales & Service is one of the biggest in town, but the owner's ego is even bigger. With zero process in place, Marcus has his work cut out for him. Later, Marcus makes a surprise visit to a business from Season One.

While Anthony's father owns no shares in the company, he contributed the majority of the money.
His girlfriend helps run the business yet doesn't receive a check , she has to ask Anthony for money if she needs anything

From his fathers account, he believes his son is a "know it all" and is stubborn (not listening to reason)
Anthony is a creep I feel sorry for the dad and girlfriend, the father made a big mistake giving everything to him instead of having him work for !! And it seems that Anthony dose not show any respect or kindness. ( not only to his own father, it seems Anthony respects nobody but himself.) He thinks he knows everything, Anthony even lacks comman sense, anyone with eyes could see that the lettering for the sign was unreadable. On top of that he won't even marry the mother of his child, what a scum bag, why would she put up with him, he is rude, crude, and just an Ass. I hope she leaves him and finds a man that wil respect her and marry her and treat her right.

So essentially, she gets an allowance?
I'm pretty sure Anthony isn't her father and therefore shouldn't have the power to "allocate" an allowance to his girlfriend. She deserves to get paid

They have an old school relationship called TRUST. You young ins never heard of this word I get it.

The fact that he is a sign company while also having the ability to manufacture these signs sets him a part, but the way that he operates may cause a problem not only with his team but possibly business associates and clients as well
May cause a problem? That would be a major understatement wouldn’t it?

That attitude needs to be adjusted, if he continues to handle his team so rigidly he won't have one or his turnover will be incredibly high.

Considering the fact that they're a new business, their assets(including receivables and profit) are great when weighed against money owed.
With the in house manufacturing, they will be able to pay back Anthony's debt to his father in no time.
I also see why the operations including sales are handled separate and apart from installations, if that changes it nay be detrimental to the company.

I think he may prefer it that way but personally I'm not a fan of the way that he goes about things. It will backfire in the long run.

Dang the guy almost had Marcus. If he would have just said I think you can help me take my business to the next level when Marcus said what you call me here for. Marcus be rolling with his investments 3 million,1.75 million. I invested 250k one time in a company that was on shark tank that mark Cuban invested in, I thought I was doing something lol. Be nice to invest like Marcus one day.
