I'm curious if big boy here was already doing shoulder work aside from just pressing. You would think things like cross cable pulls, and cable reverse high fives (that's what I log them as, don't know the actual name), lateral raises and rear delt raises. Seems to me like those exercises would help with preventing this type of stabilization issue.
Regardless, I am actually going to start incorporating this exercise into my routine. I already have shoulder issues and I'm starting to get older, so anything to help keep me healthy is always welcomed. I was just wondering about this dude because it seems like such a minor issue for such a big imbalance at the bar.

Can you do a video on elbow ligament pain? I've been to the Dr and awaiting physiotherapy but that can take months for an appointment. It's not Tennis or Golf elbow. The Dr said my tendon or ligament has been fraying like a rope rubbing on something. It's a work injury. The pain is at the elbow but also kind of runs down the back of my lower arm. I've had it for months on my right arm and the past couple of days my left side has started. I must have been over compensating? It's effecting my bodybuilding, for example I can do Pullups ok but no chance of chin ups, due to the pain.
