What a wonderful journey Minaker, I think the day from Bellingham was my favourite and the last day was very hot and I made it to the Auchope hut where I spent the night , ahhh the memories. Thanks and see you on the hill sometime. 🙏👍🏕️🍻😊
Great introduction for those who haven't done the P.W. yet. England's countryside is hard to beat. I think William Blake was right in asking whether the Holy Lamb of God's feet walked across or had been seen on those green and pleasant lands. It is indeed and ancient land. A great video with plenty of fauna flora.
Really enjoyed your vlog especially as I’m walking the way in September. Picked up a few tips too, walk down the road from the Tan Hill Inn to avoid the bogs and taking the South Tyne Trail from Alston for a more direct route, what was that like underfoot? I’d heard that the ground at Holmehead Barn wasn’t too level, how did you find it?
@@michaelharrison9445 Good, thanks, glad the tips were useful. At Holmhead I camped in the guest house garden and it was absolutely level. Enjoy your walk!

@@michaelharrison9445 The S Tyne trail is a track, so good underfoot. It's when you leave it to cross the hill it gets boggy.
