FYI, silicon is different than silicone mate. One makes computer chips and the other fu¢k€r ware. Thanks for the information though thoroughly enjoyed.
Hello ! Great video, thanks a lot ! I have a question for which I can't find anything on Google. I am i n the process of casting some spiderman webline/net in polyuréthane. For that, I am currently 3D printing the weblines, then will poor epoxy resin on top of it, to create a negative mold. Then I will use that negatve mold to cast the weblines with silicone or uréthane. Do you think there will be cure inhibition ? I can only find answers about casting resin into silicone molds. And not the other way around (castinf silicon in an epoxy resin mold) thanks a lot for your answer
You mentioned that the tin cure is better for polyurethane resin and the platinum is better for polyurethane elastomers. I don't understand the difference. Are you saying the hard urethane vs urethane rubber parts?

Clear, comprehensive, and very helpful. Thank you for this.
You're very welcome!
can you tint tin silicone with acrylic paint while mixing?
I have never tried tinting silicone with acrylic paint. It may cause problems. You can use oil-based paints though.
