Thule uses C6 PFC in the DWR coating on this bike trailer (Thule informed me by mail 21/5-2021). PFCs in general have inherent environmental and toxicological concerns. I wish companies would use PFC free and biodegradable DWR coatings like OrganoTex.
Love the detailed video. Thanks. I ended up getting the Lite-1 here in Switzerland since it was running on a great offer. Got ours for CHF 610 while the sports was well over 1000 bucks.
funny you ask.. Over the weekend we went on a bike ride and attached my daughters bike to the top of the handle. I can make a vide to show. It made her feel included on the bike ride and once she was done she hoped in the chariot and her bike was on top!
Yes, for a baby is version Sport better. But I want to ride with an inflatable paddleboard and bags. I found out from this reason that version Lite fits to me. Thx for your comparison. Sorry for my bad english.
Bonjour!
@@danickleblond4983 no worries! I should be better in French since I lived in Qc for 8 years but it needs practice! Let me know if it helped. If you’re enrolled with rakuteen you can always see the % of cash back altitude sport is giving out for specific days. I believe Thule does a clearing of stock by June/ July so keep an eye out. Or Facebook market it’s always a great place as well
@@LivforLu Thank you!! My Thule Chariot Cross (which I think is the same as the sport) comes today through Amazon. Wanted to see if there was any other way to save money on this through another site. So excited to start using this, my little one will love it!! Thank you again for your detailed video, helped a lot in making our choice!! Have a great week!
The difference between the Sport vs Cross is the removable side windows. You can always purchase the hand break and the lock kit separately, if necessary. We personally don't use the lock it as much so it's not really a must... I found this awesome comparison between the Burley Dlite vs the Thule Chariot. Let me know if this is helpful: www.twowheelingtots.com/burley-vs-thule-bike-trailer/ We personally got the Thule because of their warranty and our experience with the brand. Let know if you have any other questions! 🦋
Baby Carter’s Corner hi!! From my understanding only the sport has the option to remove the side windows. The rest of the chariots have the plastic non removable ones 🙁
Hi! I got it from www.altitude-sports.com . They are in rakuteen so you can also obtain cash back if purchase through them on top of any discounts applied. They are really good on price matching 😬 👍🏼

This is awesome!!!
when did they start making a "Lit" ?
Hihi🙊 oops
Love how detailed your review was, most people just show the products and don’t explain the similarities/differences.
This means the world! thank you so muchh!!💜
Does sport can fit 10 inch kids bike in the rear storage ? My son can do maximum 6 kms. I really want to carry him and his bike for longer distances.

You can always buy inserts to adapt to your baby when placing them in the chariot

@@LivforLu Haha, no worries, you're French is great. I assumed, the way you pronounced ''Lit'' for ''Lite'', that you were French speaking. My bad.

Hi! It’s not an app it’s website called Rakuten! I haven’t used it in a long time but check if they have your favourite sites to shop thru them!
