The price ($16 million) is for view, otherwise, the construction quality of the building is ordinary. And that's the point. This kinda building and land should not cost more than one $1 million. The rest of 15 million is for the view.

It's just a personal opinion: I love colors combined with the surrounding nature. What I see now for this money is a waste of time and substance. Everything is very cold and superficial, and I am not a fan of a house like this without feelings. In the middle of the desert is the hardest option. For this reason, most who initially bought on the Jumeirah estate are trying to sell now.

The developer recognised that each buyer will have its own style/taste for colours, lay-out etc just like you. This way you will be able to get finish the villa exactly the way you want it.
