I am in depression.. with no money. I am having emergency repairs i have to do at my home.. so i have to do all the work by myself.
I opened the radio.. and i litterally said out loud "ok i need a song.. just one song, that will give me a boost"..

I rushed to my phone, used shazam, downloaded song.. and i am on the 4th hour listening this song in a loop.

Man this song , it did the impossible. It brought me back to the times when I actually enjoyed music. Caught myself bobbing my head to that tune and drumming my index fingers on my steering wheel) like that 16year old pot head child wearing cargo pants and listening to Good Charlotte, The Offspring, Sum 41 and Blink 182 was suddenly awakened... Good times, good memories)

I know exactly where they came up with the inspiration for this song. Downtown East Vancouver, there's a park where all the homeless and addicts gather and there's imprints of leaves in the cement. It's so haunting and symbolic

Well they were in the Mainstream with some songs (such as this one for example) and they were actually quite famous in my country in 2006~2009 (in Germany)
but yeah, relatively and globally speaking they are indeed quite underrated considering they are easilly one of the best modern Rock band of the 2000's, they don't get nearly as much attention for being one of the best modern Rock band of the 2000's
Once a man came up to me while I was sitting at a bus stop and explained this song to me after asking me what I was listening to on my iPod. It was a true human experience and I love this band for giving me that

I remember how my parents called after me in my bedroom in 2007 because MTV showed this track, which was my favorite track at that time! Without music a lot of my memories would be just blank spaces and this track conveys beautiful pictures from that time.

Was on the concert yesterday (15.12.22 Berlin) and it was a blast. My first concert ever was billy talent back in 2012.
Yesterday benjamin joked around and said, that they will perform a brand new song, "maybe it will work, maybe it doesnt". Everyone was confused and curious. Then they start playing fallen leaves and the crowd completly freaked out.
I still love this song and i cant skip it, if it plays when i hit random in my playlist. Billy talent always will be one of my favorit bands for the rest of my life.
Billy Talent preformed in my city but unfortunately I wasn’t able to make it but it sounds awesome. I really hope I get the chance someday
Damn this song really captured my struggles back when I just finished high school in late 2000s. Struggled with college, broke, having to take shitty, dead-end part time job, no friends (went 3 state over so I was practically alone).
Dropped from college, didn't tell my parents, then reapply for something I actually like. Thankfully the board told me I can reapply except that I have to go straight back to freshman.
It's been 12 years... so much has changed, my friends are gone, my family bonds are shattered, I'm now a husband, a father, a marine.... where did the time go, I couldn't wait to grow up and now I want to go back...
This band, Alter Bridge, and Sevendust should have been the STANDARD for modern hard rock! Absolutely a tragedy the talent the mainstream audience tends to let go.
For me it will always be one of my favorite songs, which has shaped my life. I hear since I was little, just say that. Thanks to all the band, you are great!

When this song came out, I was in my first year in med school, now I'm a junior resident. This unlocked so many memories for me.

I used to sleep to music and one time I had a dream my aunt sang this song to my family. It was like a family concert and I was singing along for a minute and then I was like “Wow. How does she know this song? I love this song.”
That’s when I realized I wasn’t hearing her voice but the actual song. Leaves were falling all around us like confetti at a real concert or like the flowers in the background of girly anime.
I woke up after a few minutes and I thought to myself “Wow. She was really great.” Then I realize it was all a dream. I looked back through my history after that and this song was the last song I had listened to before I woke up. Now every time I hear this song I can only remember the dream.
