Hello! Been watching you for awhile now, you both crack me up. We're going glamping for the first time in July in South Wales. We've got a rollercoaster event at Oakwood. Any tips for these poor glamping virgins?
Hi there! Hmmm.. tips... let's see.. A lot depends on what is already provided at the accommodation. Firstly, we highly recommend taking comfy foldable camping chairs (with a drink holder! 🤣) A few places we've stayed only have uncomfortable wooden picnic table style seating. Oh, and we have a 30x30cm folding table that's good for putting your phones/junk on between the chairs,although we didn't take it on this trip. Things we always take, regardless, are as follows. Electric coolbox, bottle opener/Corkscrew, a camping stove (preferably one that works 🤦♂️) and a couple of pans. Good quality head torches and a couple of power banks always come in handy. We also have a 300w inverter in the boot of the car so can power any small mains devices or charge up the power banks on the move if required. That's pretty much it as far as our "Survival kit" goes. Have a great time 👍
