Best entertainment ever. Who knew it would not get any better than this. Being on later at night I was already in bed for school the next day. I used open my bedroom door to listen to this show when I was a kid. Sometimes I laughed so hard my Dad heard me. He would come and get and let me watch it. Thanks! Dad, you were the greatest!
Since both my parents are now gone, I watch these videos and wonder if mom & dad were watching this show back in 1966. I was born in 1963 and I remember watching The Dean Martin Show when I was a kid. and I know they watched him every week so there's a good chance they were watching.. I miss my parents so much and I search for things that were a part of them!
Oh WOW, George Gobel's Yodeling was fantastic, especially at how he hit those high pitched notes !!!! WOW !!!! ❤ I Loved ❤Hearing It!! Thank You George for that.
Was surfin' and tuned this in because I always loved Dino. I saw Caesar in "Little Me" in the early 60's on Broadway, and -- saw David and Goliath on stage at the greatest show ever "Casino de Paris" at the Dunes in 1972. Elvis was at that show sitting behind me, and I never knew it til he was introduced and the spotlight hit him and he stood up. I'll never forget it. I'm 76
That is wonderful! I was in Vegas in 1972 also visiting my Uncle Jerry Howard who was Goliath in the act. I saw him at the Dunes too, but he had me in the Light & Sound booth. Elvis was a friend of his & wanted my Uncle to train him. Elvis couldn't take off to do it, because of his concert commitments which was supporting 200+ people. Too bad, it might've kept Elvis in shape enough to give him a healthier lifestyle and live much longer.
Dean Martin was a truly epic and classy performer. My parents had his albums and 8-tracks, we never missed his show on Thursday night and the final season on Friday evenings. My brother and I were HUGE fans of the 'Matt Helm' series, too cool! Thank you Deano, you are truly missed!
There was never any one more fun to watch and there was never anyone with more talent and natural ability than Dean Martin. He will be missed forever. John Sam Campana
My folks never missed Dean Martin on Thursday nights. I remember the following morning my mom would regale me with some sketch from the previous evening's program. The show always gave them a laugh. It is a shame, as has been noted here on YT, there is nothing like it on today, but we do not have entertainers like Martin nowadays.
Starting with Margarita Piazza and listening to all the fantastic entertainers from yesteryear, rattles the memory that has long been suppressed because of the wrongs around the world. The few minutes listening and watching these UA-cam connections has taken me back to my younger days. I watched Mr. Martin when he entertained at the New York Plaza Hotel with Jerry Lewis. Happy you produced this piece.
The best show ever by Dean Martin has been around to make us laugh and enjoy his show the best ever may you always be the best of your show god bless you!!!!! Katherine!!!!
Thank you for posting this. My goodness...those of us that grew up having this greatest entertainer...along with all the others...singers, comedians, the best movies of all genre...Wow. Did we have the finest time in entertainment or not? This is one I never, never get tired of....wally
Dean Martin delayed my college graduation … I had to take a required class that was only offered Thursday evenings. I wasn’t going to miss his show (no DVR’s back then) so I waited ‘till the school changed it’s schedule! He was & still is one of the worlds greatest entertainers!
Thank you SO much for uploading these. I was not lucky enough to be born at the right time, so I never got to see any of these when they originally aired. Finding out I can watch some full episodes just made my whole week... and it's only Monday! You are my new hero!
I did grow up watching this guy...so many similar to him as well. What a glorious time for entertainment...actors, best drama, best romantic comedy with Doris Day & Jim Garner, etc...Wow! We had it all and how wonderful that new generations can now see it...Thank you for posting your comment...thanks for those that put this stuff out.
nancyann402 I was luckely 😳born to see weekly Mr. Dean Martins show... And Here in Belgium we enjoy his personality and his golden voice...he must be never forgotten... he had it all... Kind regards from Belgium Fabienne
Perhaps I saw this show with my mom. She liked Dean Martin and might well have watched it, and I might have been with her at the time, seeing as how I was only two days old when it was broadcast.
I was a DJ in California and was to have an interview with them but don't remember why it never happened. Their popularity during my days on radio was legendary. Many college campuses had a lot of talent. What a fun time to be on radio and for me the live remotes were the most fun.
Do you ever get the feeling that when you’re watching this program, you’re actually at one of Dean’s Las Vegas shows from back in the sixties.....especially the final comedy/music medley with Dean, George Gobel, and Sid Caesar...
Love to hear Dean sing about the Birds and the Bees. Sid Cesar was his guess George Goble and Abbe Lane and Letterms. Dr. Me Way Out that was Sid Cesar. Ced met Abby they sing A Real Live Girl. Margarit Pizza.
Can you imagine having all that talent on a TV show in 2023? It would have to last 5 hours! HAHA That is ... if you could ever find that kind of talent now HAHA
Dean shooting pool on his 1st show. Dina drove him to work. This was his daughter. Birds and The Bees love to hear him sing. Sid Cesar was on too. Abby Lane was a guest. The Letterms. Singing Maria and Cool Boy and Tonight. Mr.Wayout Sid Cesar couldn't name the guys in the band. Singing A Real Live Girl. Abby Lane. Dean sung with her. Dean sung Opera with her. Over The Ocean Blue. Margert Peousa. Dean and Ken Lane Dean sung Hands Across The Table.
ya know i downloaded some of these from youtube because its the only place you can get the full shows as the dvds on amazon have cut dean singing and i watched them last night and i laughed, he is a very funny guy and my god i am getting obsessed with him, not that im complaining cause i really like him a lot, i have liked him since i was a child and i was born in 1967 and i still like him or love him, he was a great singer (better than sinatra in my opinion), very good looking charming and funny. his show should be seen on t.v today because our t.v these days is full of crap, we are paying a t.v license to watch a load of crap. bring back the old stuff so we can enjoy our t.v again. and god bless dean martin xx
I remember this from when I was about eight years old: (Audience boos.) Guest: Boos don't bother me. Dean: Booze don't bother me, neither. So I go to school feeling like the most urbane near-adult 8-year-old in history, because I'm now into sophisticated adult-level humor involving alcohol.
Outstanding! I seriously wonder how long it took for Marguerite Piazza to get into that dress, and how many people she needed for assistance. That is one tight dress!
That dress fits like a glove - almost looks liquid. But it does fit well. I don't see it binding or bunching anywhere. She looks absolutely stunning in that gown.
everybody... loves somebody sometime when I was a kid you made sure you were at the tv when this show came on the only recording was the one burned into your 11yr old brain
Dean Martin looked so at home sing the Italian song. Why shouldn't he it was his 1st language. It was the only language he spoke till he went to school. There are many Italian singer in America but Dean was the best at singing it cause it was the language of his heart. Could listen to his songs in Italian all day long. Such a beautiful language.
love this show !!!! you can see in the dance routine the dancer with the high black hair on the right ran into the gal behind her but came right out of it, true professionals >>>>>>>Abby Lane is one beautiful women!!

What a treat 😍 to see these shows.. No one better to be a true Italian singer.. no one ever will be again in my book.. King of Cool always!
He was the original and the best
King of Cool....
Dean will always remind me of my late father. He was such a loyal fan of Dean Martin. RIP Dad & Martin.
Thats my grandpa too. Was a huge Dean Martin and Jackie Gleason fan, and when I watch either its like he is back here with me.
There was never any one more fun to watch and there was never anyone with more talent and natural ability than Dean Martin. He will be missed forever.
John Sam Campana
The color and settings were always great
Dean was and is always my favorite singer! Over and over again!
Dean was a class act..love these re runs of the man!
They certainly can take page from past and have modern interpretation to it, these times were honestly very creative and pure entertaining.

Amazing 60's, amazing Dean Show...regards from Brazil.

Years later I learned that those call letters went to a station in Montana. I was on air 1966-67
Owner of station Lloyd Marks, also did air time.
Marks had a First Class License;I only had a Third Class ham license.
I wish the shows were on DVD
Love to hear Dean sing Hands across the Table. 9.1.2019..
I like his sense of humor his one of my favorate singer
Wonderful-thank you for posting.
This particular episode's comedy bits were deadly. Dean did a great job getting through the whole she-bang. Les Brown as a show band rules.
Times when people's idols were polite, intelligent, elegant media persons...
Always great shows ......
Fun show. Loved it!!
Santa Lucia was lovely. Brought tears to my eyes
Come to think about it but Marguerite Piazza was a co star on Sid Caesars old TV show in the late forties early fifties.
Great show of the 60's, miss it
First joke in the monologue is about Dean's son Ricci. Ricci passed away last month at the age of 62.
The BEST EVER!!!!We sure could use him today!!!!
Pretty SHARP pool trick at the beginning !!
such class,fantastic
The Sid Caesar and Abbe Lane skit was so good. I've felt like Sid's character all my life of 48 years.
.... i was 12 years old the night this show aired. Little did i know that, because of the music i
would always find myself falling in love. 💚
So Fantastic and they wonder why we think most of the new stuff is junk.
Because the new stuff is Junk! Compared to the Era Of Martin and Sinatra today s talent is garbage
Now this was good television
They don’t make them like they used to
Know what I mean
I do!
Thanks for all these shows. Didn't know he had one!
Love to hear Dean sing Hands Across The Table.
That Abbe Lane was something in her younger days !
I just love them so great and handsome
Do you ever get the feeling that when you’re watching this program, you’re actually at one of Dean’s Las Vegas shows from back in the sixties.....especially the final comedy/music medley with Dean, George Gobel, and Sid Caesar...

Thank you!!!!
Love to hear Dean sing about the Birds and the Bees. Sid Cesar was his guess George Goble and Abbe Lane and Letterms. Dr. Me Way Out that was Sid Cesar. Ced met Abby they sing A Real Live Girl. Margarit Pizza.
Mid century wonderland!

Wish I had Dean's charisma so I could get all the ladies😂
I wish I had dean, oh, I lost out on some great men, born too late For the best

I feel the same way and I was born in 1946!
Have to agree. Dean Martin was simply the best.
that's when tv showed talent!
I remember this from when I was about eight years old:
(Audience boos.) Guest: Boos don't bother me.
Dean: Booze don't bother me, neither.
So I go to school feeling like the most urbane near-adult 8-year-old in history, because I'm now into sophisticated adult-level humor involving alcohol.

🥲🥲🥲miss Dean Martin. Simply great
My lord, shows back in the day were off the rails lol in the best way
Never knew George Gobel sung & was really great at it.. Thought he was just a panelist on the Hollywood Squares.
+Edward Anthony I heard a company made his guitars especially for him.
+Lee How about that.
Dino...The coolest Kat ever.
everybody... loves somebody sometime
