as much as i wanna believe it’s bc him and fredrick were gettin freaky , fredrick is a composer after all & the overuse of piano keys and abuse from stringed instruments against his hands probably caused him to have blisters that turned to calluses over time. i played the harp for some time and my fingertips used to blister from the string picking :(
