Panic attacks form most when Instant Anxiety of something that mostly triggers the dormant but weak nervous system due to Generalised Anxiety Disorder. You may not recognise, but mental struggle of having a disease is very hard, which makes the nerveous system get weaker and weaker in long term to a point that it barely functions. You can carry on daily tasks but a tough situation can get that weakened nervous system response that I call it overreactive response. It's basically a warning sign that you are doing a couple of things wrong. Long term suggestions can be, lifting weights. It's a game changer. Also, healthy nutrition. Short term suggestion is having a boyfriend. I'm not joking, changes hormonal balance of your blood. I've found my gf like in a very bad state, she was insanely anxious, over thinker, was having panic attacks on random occasions. We slept together for a couple of times, I was spooning and kissing her until she gone asleep and like a month later she was giving speech to a crowd. It's not only a mental thing, it's about blood chemicals, adrenaline glands, hypothalamus, amygdala and so on are in this. Being alone and strong is cool, but sometimes jolly co-operation is better.
