The biggest inconsistency to Cabba turning SS is the fact that the Saiyans continue to thrive in U6 far longer than U7, and for some reason none of them have ever gotten angry enough to turn SS despite clearly being more kind-hearted. Like, you being for real right now? Probably millions of Saiyans out there, not one angry enough to blow their shit.
DBS Might have downplayed it alot but the Amount of Wrath and struggle really required for the average Saiyan Runt to transform is actually pretty large. Goku for example came from the mud in Saiyan Eyes, at some point watched every one of his friends die, Died himself because he had his OWN BROTHER try to kill him and still had to see his best friend die AGAIN just to transform into a Super Saiyan for the First time. As For Vegeta, he has been a Slave throughout his childhood and early adulthood, when he finally stood up he had himself be violated by final form Frieza AND had everything he ever Believed in be thrown straight out of the window when he was Not only defeated By Kakarot in their Battle on earth but (as far as he knew) he wasnt even the runner-up in the Super Saiyan Race Cabba was surely alot more prepared as he could last at least stand up to Vegeta, but just because of that power he possessed it doesnt mean he or any other Saiyan for all that matters had known that kind of struggle.

Two, the Saiyans there don't seem to be battle hungry planet invading pirates like in U7. At least as far as I know. According to Caba, a huge part of the Saiyans are part of the galactic patrol called the Sadal Defense Force, and they still have their original home planet Sadal unlike U7 where they lost it to infighting and resorted to taking over Planet Vegeta. U6 Saiyans are a thriving race, and if our own species as humans can populate into the billions without space travel on a single planet, I have no doubt that the Saiyans could easily populate into the millions. Three, I guarantee you that Goten and Trunks were stronger than many of U6 Saiyan even as a child and easily accessed SS. Literally, the only defense for U6 not knowing about SS is like how we can agree that they knew no real struggle. I just can't accept that they came so easily and with increases in physical attributes mostly. I said it for years... the Super Saiyan transformation should have been a form so unbelievably gifted that it allowed Goku/Vegeta to control other energies, cause things dead or dying within a particular time frame to come back to life; heal their bodies as well as others, electrocute, burn, behave as an elemental up to a degree, pyrokinetics, give off intense heat (550 - 890 degrees F), see weak points and can trace life energy anywhere. That way, SS2 becomes more of that, but as an Assault form and Super Saiyan 3 elevates all of that to new heights with more abilities... like adding particular abilities of X-Men to its skillsets. So by the time Saiyan god form comes in, it allows Goku to breathe in space, rest over the sun indefinitely, teleport himself, others and objects - even energy, control the elements even better - like Air Benders and Superman's electrical abilities, his vision and more!
Seeing different animators' work in super, the studio really fumbled hard. If the studio has given super production more time, the animators could have done a really good job.
I understand what they were trying to do with the universe six saiyans, but I still dislike it. I miss the pre-buu arcs where SSJ was earned through growth and training.

Have you seen Vegeta’s training regimen? Training at extreme gravity levels to the point where it was a literal fight for survival. Thats what it takes to be a saiyan, and he expects no less from his own kind. Vegeta is a cruel parent, but an effective teacher.
i liked this arc, i just dislike how it went, Goku should not have been 1st to fight it should have been Big Green and he should have beaten every1 up till Frost, so the big yellow guy and robot dude, then loose to Frost and have Big Green remark that Frost in his most restrained form is as strong as Gohan was when he fought Super Buu, then after a nice back and forth Frost goes into his 3rd form and beats Big Green referenecing his lost to Frieza on Namek. now Vegeta gets in and forces Frost into his true form, which Vegeta remarks that he is as strong as Frieza was when he showed up on Earth in his most restrained form. Now Vegeta goes ssj and beats him, which sets the revelry between them, however 1 change i would make is making Frost an actual good guy, and they shake hands, Frost remarks that he will beat him next time, then we move to Cabba and things can proceed as they did in the show from there

Cabba uses SS on Caulifla in a fight, overpowering her and cutting into her pride, triggering a pride rage response in order to archive SS, parallel Vegeta. Kale could've parallel Gohan by being constantly under pressure and pushed to edge by Caulifla to obtain SS
