Anello di Lakhovsky, Lakhovsky Ring

Come fare velocemente un Anello di Lakhovsky, da usare per piante, animali o persone stesse(collo, gomito, schiena....)
How to make a Lakhovsky Ring, to be used for plants, animals or people themselves (neck, elbow, back ...)
obtain:
Copper wires
Electric cable or aluminum wire
Pliers, cutter.
The winding of the copper wire must be clockwise, around the sheath of the electric cable (the colored one), in this case with the copper wire, from where you start it goes clockwise to the end.
