I love how the opening is set up as a 'war propaganda movie', the film grain and the narrator gives that vibe of "world war news" showed in theaters in the 1940's.
Watching the Chocobo die made me cry. :’( No wonder why this has to be the darkest Final Fantasy game next to the upcoming Final Fantasy 16 which maybe Rated M.

So they aren't identical but the part they're talking about (the chorus) is from both and is featured in several other songs along with other songs in the OST that follow the same beat. In short Type 0 knew which song was a banger and replayed it five-hundred times.

What is hard to watch here is when Izana is crying while dying slowly at 13:55 imagine your friend is having the same fate.
