This is exactly it. I wake up, run, exercise, study gor most of the day and go to a nearby monastery to pray. Simple and peaceful. Away from social media.

don't drink coffee for the first 90 mins after you wake up and when you eat something just eat dont read and eat together. be in the moment and appreciate what you're eating. it will be better.

i find it more sustainable to wake up at 7am otherwise i would be sacrificing sleep.
