Just one minor correction about the warden damage. The melee attack can be blocked, but disables the players shield. I know of NOTHING that can actually stop the sonic boom. It can pass through mobs, blocks, etc... Only the resistance effect can reduce the damage output of the sonic boom. At least as of right now.

@@nonyabiness4838 I haven't tried it myself but I did see someone block it with a shield
@@eedaqwdeadad6007 I tried in the newest 1.19 release shortly after my last reply and it had zero affect. If they blocked it either it was modded or not the real deal warden.
Fun fact: Now the warden can one shot you with his melee attack even when you're in full netherite. The Sonic boom deals six hearts of damage no matter what kind of armor you're wearing. The warden has more health than the wither
and the ender dragon combined. Upon death, it drops one

@Shadow the entire point of the warden is that you aren't supposed to fight him. You're only hope is to try to evade him.
this is timely.. im about to embark and start a new world today in the new update and this video is very helpful and funny.. Philzas reaction is so genuine, you can tell that hes been really playing the game for a long time with the way he react and comments on the things he notice on the game.. . again, thank you for taking the time to make this video..

Warden being fire proof surprised me. And night vision makes the darkness effect worse.
Is that true! I didn't know that about night vision. Yeah the warden dying from lava would have been too easy. They really wanted him to be strong and pretty unkillable.

I remember having a laugh attack when I first encountered a warden in Minecraft! The wardens in Minecraft just are out of control!

Yeah I started a new world in order to get the echo shards from the ancient city to make a recovery compass. It looks like getting out alive will be much harder than I thought. Keep the strats coming.

I wonder if the dark effects it can do can negate or shorten your night vision potions effect. I was exploring in creative mode and I had an occurrence where I was running out of my night vision so I drank to reapply it and I accidentally triggered a shrieker, just as I reapplied my night vision it went out very fast mind I’m using the enhanced version of the potion which lasts 8 minutes and it somehow got cut in half, I had another event where it seemingly negated my night version altogether. (I really hope this was coincidence and not a secret mechanic) 😱

Warden in the past drop nothing but until the 1.19 the Warden drops shulk catalyst and small xp

I think the warden is awesome. I kinda wish they had made it immortal though. As in .. 'this is something you don't mess with. period." .. would put so much more emphasis on the new gameplay idea.

fun fact : when the warden sniffs yu out it doesnt actually attacks you it will only follow you until you make a noise

Just so you know Netherite armour doesn't give any extra defense just knockback protection so its almost the same as diamond.
It does give extra protection. For more detail, I recommend you watch mysticats video on how armor works for more Info

easiest way, bring 100 dog splash w/ strenght+speed beat warden, also u can't block w/ shield anymore.

@@SuperMcGregs Michaelmcchill tested the wolve strat on twitch, also button just beat it on twitch
@@SuperMcGregs its also very easy to spawn one, get high above and bow it down, the range attack only goes 16 blocks. Most important thing is prepare the area and leave if needed! (the warden(s) will despawn or rather go back down)

Night vision doesnt really work at all. Gurl u dont listen 🤣 They mentioned multiple times before, literally the first clip was Dantdm saying its Netherrite 🤣 Please watch Grian 3rd life and last life Please you'll love it! Mythicalsausage and a few others in this video are from 3rd life, Empires SMP and Hermitcraft which Grian is also in. These are such famous youtubers wow, used to watch Dan, Xqc etc. It's not different it is the same but there's also ancient cities but he can appear in the small caves if there's shriekers too.

I mean the warden does drop the shulk catalyst but there is not much xp , its almost garbage . The warden slaps you two times and ur dead . In my opinion , its nothing but nothingness instead of it slapping you two times and ur toasted and the warden is useless to me. My first time seeing the warden , i didn't get a big reaction . I was like "Ow its the warden , I am dead "

Just dig a 15(more than this to be safe) blocks long tunnel and keep shooting it. Very easy to kill. The warden can do nothing.
