I drove my motorhome across the center of Sweden in 2014. Amazed to find over 100miles [160k] of unpaved road in front of me, averaged 45mph [70kph] !!! Best paved roads too. Brilliant Swede road biulders!!!

Two things really got my attention:
1. Having the truck and tractor drivers operate the loader as well, cuts costs in a small operation like this.
2. Having the truck double as a motor grader is neat: no need to buy and transport an extra machine. Once again a great solution for this particular application.

Nice to see a wheel loader painted in a different color besides yellow.
The Volvo truck is very well equipped,.we never see trucks like this here where I live in Canada. This is why our trucks are pretty well worn out ( from abuse like bad haul roads ) by the time they are 5 years old it seems.
There's a whole different way of thinking apparent here in these videos.

These guys really take care of their truckers. These are better than Our asphalt/tarred roads. I would still have a spine if they would do this for us.

Good video but it doesn't say exactly what they are spreading on the track. Just broken limestone or what?
the answer is because they are scandy.... the trademark of scandinavia.... theres many thing we can learn from them..... in my place a new truck only last for 4 or 5 years before turning into an old rusty crushed tuna can..... no on their place where a 60 year old vabis is still running.... thats the different...

Strålande, som vanligt, och en fråga; Varför snurrar inte rullen med massa "spetsar" på? Eller snurrar den bara när man vill typ rugga upp ytan/få bort det som ligger under, typ snö och is?

Vägen mellan Sunnansjö och Fredriksberg, en bit norr om Skattlösberg.
Det var en lyxig väg för timmerkörning det att man kör ut grus innan.
