So the ICJ mediates while the ICC arbitrates. Therefore, this issue is already beyond the scope of the ICJ. It is now fully in the domain of the ICC.

Where can the Palestinians go? No one is taking them in. This crosses many religious and cultural leaders. Why hasn't anyone evacuated them to other countries? The terror must stop. We have to look at this in many directions. I am not convinced on a two party state agreement. Can they exist side by side? The attacks have been a nightmare. Why won't the hostages be released?
