stevegorel Hi i am 50m+ divers and i have been doing this routine for a while on regular basis, 4-5 times a week and definitely before going diving. it helps a lot before a dive to prepare yourself physically but also mentally. try it for few weeks and hopefully you will feel the difference... enjoy, let me know
Hey guys, I have another question. When I do the empty lungs stretching and pull my diaphragm up, I immediately get an immense urge to breath. Is this normal when beginning with these exercises? Cheers, Fabrizio
it is fine don't worry, just strat slowly, make sure to not have big contraction when you are empty lungs. step by step u ll get better at it, and u ll be bale to hold longer. you can also do some breath hold with empty lungs without sucking your diaphragmn, just short breath hold to work on the relaxation. don't push your limit, step by step :)
I included this video in my training for about a year. It is really nice to come back to this peaceful video. It brings back memories 😊
Recently started practice same exercises and already love it!

How to find part2?
Hi thanks for great video :-) do i have to repeat the exercise all over again when completed the training or is it enough exercise for the lungs?
hi, sorry for my late reply. just do this set of exercice few times per week :)
Hello.Thank you for sharing your knowledge about freediving.. Should i stretch before the dive or i must wait 1 day or some hours?
I normally do stretching in the morning, but not right before the dive.
Looks like a good routine. With this stretch, how long/ deep can you go? Do you notice a noticeable difference when you don't do the stretch?

Does anyone else have the feeling that stretching to the left side is easier? Or does anyone know why this might be so?
hi Fabrizio, I think there is always one side more flexible than the other; this is normal, it could be right or left depends on everyone
Hi Christophe,
thanks for your quick answer. Okay then, I'll try to concentrate on getting both sides equally flexible.
Cheers
Fabrizio Turco :) just strecth your tight side a bit longer :)
