As I said in my closing statement, maybe I'm confused with regards to the legalities, educate me then because as far as I know if someone "insinuates" violence and does not directly articulates it then that doesn't count as a threat. I could say "You know I could mess you up right?"... And that isn't a threat but if I actually say "I'm going to moer you" that's a direct act of violence I'm threatening you with. In the video in question Shebe never actually directed an actual threat to the guy he just insinuated that he's capable of violence... We all are.
So fellow black brother, maybe I'm mistaken... Please educate me.
Btw my favourite artist in SA is probably Touchline.

@@lehlohonolomokoena1475 legally the commentator is wrong. Whether he's proving a point or "using him as a case study" he's wrong. If someone is wrong our job as his audience is to highlight that and educate him on it, not just keep quiet and accept the incorrect narrative.
According to what constitutes as a threat Shebe did not threaten him in any way he insinuated that he's capable of violence... Which isn't a crime, literally everyone is capable of violence.
