- Juhyeok once mentioned that he's goal for 2014 was to quit smoking. Last time we learned that most of the members are heavy smokers and they're in really bad shape. So the production team put together this special project to get them to quit smoking for 2 days and hopefully they'll quit for good. But since Taehyun isn't a smoker, he's invited his friend, Hong Kyungmin to be his avatar. Will the members last the entire shoot without lighting up? Who will end up being punished severely for breaking the rules?

Have you heard the talk about - Mackorny Smoking Escape Blueprint (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my best friend Jordan at very last got amazing success with it.
Raise your hands for those who still watch this year 2019! Although there were ups and downs specially the scandals plus the death of the one of my favorite member but this season is still close to my heart. Whenever I was depressed or emotional, I always watch them and I immediately feel happy and I feel contented in watching them. It’s pure culture and love among them. Hoping the next season would be close to my heart as well. Fighting!
This show really helps me when im down and depressed,it hurts so much knowing the season are cancel.
Believe me, I only knew of JJY because of the scandal, but this season 3 of 2D1N are the only ones I'm drawn too. I've watched the recent clips but this cast has something in them. xxx
2 days 1 night season 3 with all these members, was a huge part of my life growing up (my teenage years). I started watching it in middle school, up until i graduated high school. I feel so sad that its hard to find previous episodes because lots of it got deleted :( Really miss the members. Regardless of what happened, Remeber the Member Forever!

Junho may be a liar and a cheat, but I have to admit that the show wouldn't be as funny without all his antics. There is a reason why he got casted for this show after all.
I think he plays the role of Lee Sugeun in season 1 & 2

and i never thought that there's no such thin as a much funnier guy but after watching Junho, there's no episode of him that i never laugh out load as hell :D Go Admiral JUNHO!!
I really this episode for it has good intention for all the members. It just shows that PDnim cares for them. My mom got lung cancer even though she didn't smoke it was because of her colleagues who smoke that i almost lost my mom. That's why quitting smoking is only good for them but also to the people around them😊😊😊

This show isn't really that effective if they wanted to quit smoking. You don't just quit smoking in just an episode. It takes months and maybe years to quit that kind of hobby.
In the end of this episode, they sure did smoke because the PDs made them longing for cigarettes since they haven't smoke since morning.

You can quit smoking in a day, I did. It just whether you want to or not, if you do you quit if yo don't really want to you'll find excuses not to. And I wa a heavy chain smoker then, going through 2 packets of 20s everyday.
Well basically, smoke is more dangerous for non smoker than for the smoker. If someone smoke, they basically harm people around them.
Even though I was not a huge fan of Kim Joo Hyuk to begin with, I was very saddened by his demise, seeing the heartbreak of his closest friends and family. I started watching 2D1N season 3 this week and I began to understand the outpouring of sadness and grief from his buddies. His kind personality and humble, gentlemanly traits made me a big fan, not just of a movie star but a great person. And to help all of us in the grieving process, I would suggest watching 2D1N season 3. The best way to cope with grief is to remember the happy times and have happy memories. And these were funny, happy and touching memories we will always have of Kim Joo Hyuk. May he rest in peace, knowing he was much loved by all and was immortalized by his honest sharing and contribution to 2D1N, besides his many movies and dramas. Truly a great man, who will be missed by all.

defconn is always so nice to the other members. i was kind of disappointed that he's never got many screen times in weekly idol but now that he's in 1n2d it makes me glad for him. :)
He really is such a gentleman and a kind "brother" to the other members. I notice that he takes care of Juhyeok particularly in most episodes. In the earlier eps when Juhyeok was still a bit too awkward, he always had a kind or encouraging word for him, and those times when Juhyeok felt nauseous from the spinning games and the bus rides, he was the one who went with him when he had to vomit outside, and he always pats the older member's back in comfort. He's the same with non-celebrity guests (the arm-wrestling ep with the folks of that fishing town).
yes that was what i noticed a lot too. he pays attention and takes care of juhyeok the most. before season 3, i thought he was some cold rapper because of the way he looks in weekly idol. turns out he's the complete opposite.

I actually did not like Junho in the beginning and from Qualifications of Men but now he's one of my favourite comedians. I realized how hard he works at what he does and the shows would not be the same without him.

Everyone's so harsh on Junho in this episode... he's being vilified so much, but people seem to forget that even Juhyeok, Joonyoung and Jongmin lied and cheated just as much. It's just the unexpected circumstances making them all like that. All the members acted differently in this episode (except of course Taehyun), and even the gentlemanly Defconn, though he didn't cheat, was atypically scary in the dinner bokbulbok.
actually im more dissapointed at juhyeok, i mean he tried to stand up for himself when he is clearly in the wrong position. he even get mad n yell at the pd...
I like it how Taehyun just gets to relax. Getting to eat and rest. Must of feel like a vacation to him only.

This is one of the memorable episodes for me. Though I watch now looking at JJY differently, I still enjoy this episode. But I have to admit, when JJY came on the screen, all of I could think about was his victims and how he got away the first time with this show welcoming him back after a period of hiatus. The rest of the members were gold. Their chemistry was something else. I stopped watching 3 days 2 nights when 3rd season was put on indefinite hold. Watched a few episodes of S4, and thought they were okay. But I always come back to S3. They were just entertaining and fun to watch.

Junho's getting a lot of bad comments. Haha. But I lovr him though his devious and mischievous. I think that's the character he plays in variety shows he's in. Some does the funny things, he does what he does. He's like the blacksheep-prodigal son in 2D and 1N.

I hope people will look at Defconn with better perception. He was consistent with the rule and did not complain much. People said that he tried too hard to be funny but is it a good thing that you are trying hard at your job and giving joy to other people?
Finally, I love every member in this show :). My bias is Cha Tae Hyun, he is the reason I watching this and now is my ideal husband :)).

never saw season 1 and 2. i came because jung joon young and i like this season actually. i understand why JJY really like to participate in this show. even when they have a tough game, they finish it and laugh about it because they do it together. i can feel manly spirit here. sometimes i get jealous with men and they fighting spirit XD they look like they can do anything.

Considering this is a variety show, on top of that, they are all guys, I think it's pretty understanding why they try to cheat and play pranks at each other. Even in our everyday life, friends always play bad jokes. Not only it's funny for some viewers, but I think they kinda like it themselves. It's fun.
When Junho remembered that Jongmin smoked in the bathroom, I almost died. It was so funny!!!! How does Junho keep getting cigarettes? Even on The Human Condition he smoked when he wasn't suppose to.. Junho is super funny, but I think he's a "nicotinepath". Smoking is a one way trip to various types of cancer and a host of other medical problems. He should stop before the damage is irreversible.

alanis liz He's not the only smoker. Both Defconn and the avatar guy are chain smokers as well, but they complied with the rules of not smoking. On The Human Condition, he also wasn't the only smoker. And again he was the only one to break the rules. It's hard, yes, but it can be done. Even though he wants to smoke, he and some of the others should've followed the rules of the show, because he wasn't the only one.

I feel like people(non-smokers) are dismissing them and calling the crew weak because they obviously have not experienced the withdrawal symptoms themselves. I'm not a smoker but it's obvious that no regular smoker,especially chain smokers,can just suddenly quit smoking like that. It's not as easy as some of you making it sound,that is why smoking is a serious addiction. Even if your mind wants to quit,your body won't listen and still crave for cigarettes. So people should give the crew members a break. But one thing I don't get is why the other staff members can still smoke... This is temptation and makes it twice as hard for the members to resist.

We all obviously know that,they know in first place smoking destroy their body AND addiction, so why in first place they attempted to smoke?. Yes they know their risk,but smoke also harm people surround.Honestly i think school has to give lesson about smoking just like drug education

somehow i feel Hong Kyungmin should join them permanently. he gives a rather nice vibe to the show too and just blends in quite well, even though he didn't get much screen time. i can see him doing the show for permanent spot.
So that's why, if you're not a smoker, PLEASE DO NOT EVER try to smoke. Once you try it, you want it more & more. And it must be really hard to quit.

came back to re-watch this gem of an episode! the whole no smoking project was just genius and pure entertainment! I miss Joohyeok, there is no other like him and season 3 will always be my favorite! The members friendship and chemistry was the best

i never feels so immerse with Korean variety show before, i watched them is like watching me and my best friends travel together, i mean their connection is so natural, their joking around like there is no camera, this cast will always be the best cast for me... sadly too many things happened in their golden era... i always waited them every monday... i watched them since first episode till JJY scandal made everythings shattered... when donggu finally can become one with the original cast..
and i still watched them when i got bored or down and need a laugh to change my mood. there is no show like this... ever...

tbh, i knew this program before (i mean season 1 &2) but never really interested to watch it. the reason i start to watch the season 3 is beacuse JJY. But since i watch the first episode of S3 until now, i realize that every members in this program has their own character and without knowing i start to like all of them. I like taehyun because his laugh, and jongmin with his clumsiness, and i know junho sometimes annoying because he's so tricky, but he did it in funny way. I see Defconn as a big brother for all of the members because he could be so caring towards the members. and i never knew who juhyeok was before, but i think he's so funny as a national fool :p and of course JJY, he's an unpredictable maknae that i like the most. So, I will support all of them
The No Smoking Trip is indeed ingenious! It is funny and educational at the same time. Gosh I hope this variety show can invite actors or singers who smoke to be on another No Smoking trip.
This episode really made me miss Juhyeok. The show doesn’t feel the same without him. I still watch it literally everyday but it always feels like there’s something missing :( Rest In Peace JH❤️

No matter what happened, I still love this season so much!! Especially the episodes before our joohyuk hyung left the program, it was the best line up. Just dropping here to re watch and enjoy, remembering the memories of these days where I was a teenage too. You will always be missed joohyuk hyung and will be always remembered in our hearts! It amzes me how I can really see the difference in them when they can't smoke. Especially Joonyung, he usually is so cool and chill but in this trip his irritated easily and loses his temper quickly.
