Justin edited our family WDW trip and cruise. 🥳 He did a fabulous job and was was so responsive to any changes I wanted. I highly recommend having them edit your family memories.
We don’t have kids, but have to jump in on the Disney cruise debate! You have to do at least one as adults only! Totally get the mom-guilt, but if you love Disney cruise as a family you will love it as adults only! They do such a great job with everything!! Our friends and family always ask why we cruise Disney without kids. We’ve tried others and just keep coming back!
Team Lacey here!!! I have to say I just got back from a quick 3 day WDW trip with no kids and it was great! BUT I am a firm believer that our kids are only little for such a short time that I want to enjoy all my experiences with them while they want to be with me. Once they grow there will be plenty of time to do things with just my husband and I. Right now in my life if I’m spending DCL money I’m taking the family and we are making memories together! I’m also about to go look into your video editing for family trips! That looks so fun.
The Disney Wonder doesn't stop in San Francisco.. it just floats past it to and from Vancouver. It would be so cool if it stopped! I think because it's a repositioning cruise, it doesn't stop. I live on Vancouver Island 🇨🇦
Love you guys!! So jealous that you're going to see Twenty One Pilots, love them, took my boys to see them 5 yrs ago in Calgary. So far there's no Canadian concerts. Enjoy!!
When it comes to an adult only Disney Holiday I believe both have wonderful pros and cons. Both of you are Disney fans, and that's great to share with children. That being said I'd love for you to actually vlog it from an adult only cruise perspective, especially as you are normally a family cruse crew. Would you be firework watching or perhaps enjoying the spooky spirits in The Haunted Mansion Parlour when you guys go on the Treasure. It could change your entire perspective Justin you might go and realise it's a mistake and swim back to the shore to grab the trio.
I really enjoyed the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum in Kentucky. I would love to watch you seeing it for the first time and hearing your thoughts. Maybe even watch one of you do a camel ride?
We have two boys, 8 and 18. (Not sure what we were doing in the 10 years in-between.) They are obviously always at very different life stages, so we have consistently done trips with each of them solo. It has always worked out for us and the special time with each child is nice.
y'all love cruises....I love tours and I say they are cruising by bus. I have Canada and Romanian Christmas market for this year and next year I have Amsterdam. Belgium, Paris and London.
I started using those yellow pads with lines when I went home to work at covid and I love them and I also bought the white ones but I use the white ones for my personal use and hobbies because I think of the yellow ones as work pads and I don't want to mix my work with my pleasure!!!
What should you do? "Happy wife, happy life." That is my marital advice to you. Also she's right. Save Disney for the kids. Explore the world with your wife. Just my humble opinion.
I'm team Jill (that's me! 😃) You guys all need to come to Boston! Not just because I live here 😉 but because there's so many awesome things to see and do!
Team Justin on camping......I recently did great wolf lodge with my brother, his wife, their 4 daughters and my sister's teenage son for a long weekend! You guys should do that!
I’m Team Justin on the quick Disney Cruise without the kids! Going on different cruise lines hinders your progress in the specific cruise lines loyalty programs.
I would never do anything disney related without the kids. I would feel so guilty!! But...the 2 of you should go on a cruise other than disney just the 2 of you
My husband jokes that our daughter would kill us in our sleep if we went on a Disney cruise without her 😅 I do love Disney cruises, but I’m team Lacey, I would feel bad that she was missing it! (I’m also team Lacey on camping - no thank you, at this point in my life I require a decently comfortable bed 😂)
I’m split on Team Justin all the way. Sorry, Lacey! But my kids are 11 and 18. If they were the boys’ age, I probably would be Team Lacey and feel horrible about leaving them behind. I’d love to see more financial content from you guys. How you save, budgeting, how you balance between always having a Disney vacation in the books while also preparing for the future (college, retirement, maximizing IRAs, investing.) We haven’t been to the parks since 2017 and are itching to go back, but we also have a goal to be retired from our W-2 jobs by the time we’re 45 (in 8-ish years) so big vacations have taken a back seat to that. We’ve dabbled in travel hacking before, but this year we’ve laid out a plan that should get us over 1M points/miles by January 2025 so I guess I’m curious to see if you implement travel hacking, especially seeing as how you’re both also entrepreneurs and can apply for business credit cards.
My favorite notepads are steno pads. They're the same size you mentioned, cheap and usually have a spiral top that make it easy flipping to new pages. I'll send you some.
I think I asked the same question about your daughter. I figured probably at the age where it was best to leave her with others. And totally right I know you guys will probably go on many trips with all of them or even her and one of the boys as all get older
Wait! Rewind! Lacey, are you saying the school your boys attend has school 4 days a week? 😮😮😮 I’m an elementary teacher. Is your school looking for a primary teacher. 😂😂😂
I’d love to see some road trips! Also I LOVE the behind the scenes info about your channel. I was stoked when Justin created that other channel. It’s obvious you guys are passionate about the editing/creating process and I think it totally shows in your videos. I think they definitely well done and bring a different flair and rewatchability!
Team Lacey- momma of 3 boys and Disney would be saved for family trips and couple trips would be places that my kids maybe wouldn’t care to do but we’d love like going to wine country. I’d love to see you explore other theme parks like Universal, the Hawaii trip will be awesome, even just a beach vacay somewhere like around Watercolor, Rosemary Beach, 30A.
I love your “one rule in life” we have the same rule! You always need something to look forward to!! Thoroughly enjoyed this vlog ! I can’t wait to watch the upcoming vlogon why you cruised first before the parks! We have booked our upcoming cruise then the parks, so I’m hoping that I’m going to agree with everything you guys say and it’s going to be fantastic lol can’t wait for that!
I think you would enjoy a long weekend trip to Dollywood and the Smoky Mountains. It is a beautiful area in the fall. There are TONS of cabins to rent for cozy vibes.
I’ve done the 5 day DCL sailing from San Diego to San Francisco, Victoria Island and Vancouver BC! They call it the relocation cruise before the Alaska season starts. I LOVED it! It’s on my channel from 6 years ago or so. It was actually our first DCL sailing and it was really reasonable cost wise too. Love these coffee chats!
Love you Lacey, but gotta go with Justin on this one…we just did a 5 day Disney without our 6 and 3 yr old…zero regrets here! We missed the kids of course but enjoyed ourselves so much. Nothing like cruising Disney, with or without the kiddos 😊
Aloha! I’m team Lacey on this one. Disney cruising is #1 for me but I suggest that you plan cruises on other cruise lines without the kiddos or do more adult trips like NYC or elsewhere. Love ya! 😍

Love a meet and greet!!!!!! Yesssss!!! I’m in California and am due for a DL trip!

I'm with you about Sonic! I only like their tator tots, nothing else!

I was going to suggest Aulani! We went there 6 years ago for our honeymoon. Can’t wait to go back one day once our littles are older 👍🏻😊
YES! That is on our bucket list!!!
When I was in school those small yellow pads were great!!!!
We have two boys, 8 and 18. (Not sure what we were doing in the 10 years in-between.) They are obviously always at very different life stages, so we have consistently done trips with each of them solo. It has always worked out for us and the special time with each child is nice.
Staying at the Beach Club in August with the family…would love a video on what you thought about that resort. Loved all the Wish videos! 😊

We have our second Disney Cruise planned and we are kid free. We have had a great time and plenty to do/not do without kids. Zero regrets.

#teamJustin come on Lacey!!
Would love a meet and greet in Orlando at WDW sometime
Team Lacy all the way!!!
I'm team Jill (that's me! 😃) You guys all need to come to Boston! Not just because I live here 😉 but because there's so many awesome things to see and do!
Would you consider going to Dollywood as a family vacation? It is beautiful in fall
Team Lacey. If I would go on a vacation without kids I would like to go somewhere not based for families like New York!
Laughing so hard!!! I’ve been trying to go to Disney World with just my husband and no kids and it’s just been a no go from him!!
I would never do anything disney related without the kids. I would feel so guilty!! But...the 2 of you should go on a cruise other than disney just the 2 of you
Question about Castaway Cay: If you get one of the strollers or wagons, how easy is it to still take the tram? Or would you need to walk?
Just wondering if the Disney band was worth it for the cruise. I think we saw Justin use it once and then failed to open the stateroom door with it.
My husband jokes that our daughter would kill us in our sleep if we went on a Disney cruise without her 😅 I do love Disney cruises, but I’m team Lacey, I would feel bad that she was missing it! Sorry Justin, but I’m yet again team Lacey. I couldn’t do anything Disney without my son.
Team Lacy. Also I’m a sonic fan. I live in OKC. We have a Sonic every mile or mile and a half.
Love it!!
My favorite notepads are steno pads. They're the same size you mentioned, cheap and usually have a spiral top that make it easy flipping to new pages. I'll send you some.
I have those and use them every day.
I think I asked the same question about your daughter. I figured probably at the age where it was best to leave her with others. And totally right I know you guys will probably go on many trips with all of them or even her and one of the boys as all get older
I’m just curious why your sister lives with you ? Love your videos . ❤
Team Justin -- we want to do it without kids too!!
Do a Virgin voyage cruise, no kids allowed !
Wait! Rewind! Lacey, are you saying the school your boys attend has school 4 days a week? 😮😮😮 I’m an elementary teacher. Is your school looking for a primary teacher. 😂😂😂
You forgot to link your mashed potatoes video! You posted it 3 years ago!
You're right?! I just linked it! Thank you! ua-cam.com/video/MmAx_8DRQu4/v-deo.htmlsi=WzjAM5wrpKasY4hR

Question: when are the Zachman's coming back to Hawaii. You know that's at least a two week trip.
Team Lacey! It's such a small window of time!
Yes to a Disneyland meet-up!! Would love to see you guys again ❤
Team Justin..
Vancouver!!!
