As someone with a very large amount of time in this game, I just really want to say this has been absolutely WONDERFUL to play. I have not tried the new levels but I just love where the game is, and where it's going. Anton thank you for your hard work, and everything you do for this game, I can't thank you enough for making something so fun, it's been great for helping me exercise and I LOVE being given these awesome challenges. Absolutely the best game I've ever played, I'm so thankful. I great early Christmas present.
Really glad to hear that timer settings are planned. I love the idea behind this mode, but I really find the timer (and having to replay stages as a result) to just not be any fun. Congrats on getting this finished by your deadline though! I'll definitely hop in and give it a shot.
Same, simple fact is I'm just not good enough to combine time pressure with accuracy, had a go last night (experimental branch) and I just couldn't get past 2-3, I just kept cludging up the reload of the aa12 and in the then required rush to get the shots in always winged a noshoot lol
It was definitely interesting to cheat my way through it I mean, Anton gave me a scope So i stood on the edge of the wall and played a game of memory as I wittled away at the targets

0:56 I stuggeled with 10-3 so hard that I just opened Unity and rebaked the lightning in some of my scenes to get my pc to slow down, so that I could beat the level.

My goodness Anton, you devious sausage. Loved the change to recognition, you really Marie Kondogged it, it brings joy. So many great levels in there. The one major bug I ran into was I got hardstuck on the Stinger level because the jets weren't registering hits so I skipped straight to chapter 10 from there and then finished the game. That last one is a doozy, especially if you don't realize like I did that the handgun can mount the sight even though there is not a visible rail... Mlady was hilarious. My time with the artillery pieces finally proved worthwhile. I had to handle my fear of heights, do an upper body workout, and basically guess for the RC portion as the OG vive is NOT up to that rendering task. I laughed, almost cried, cranked one out, it was a blast. At home meme was excellent. Can't wait for contract griller! If it's not insane, it would be awesome to be able to see our scores for the scored levels, I want to check if I've actually nailed the targets as well as I think I have on the later moving or awkward targets. Oh, and the ladder was rude. each of the 2.3 times. You know what you did. (a wonderful job and we're all very lucky, thank you! Good luck wrapping up Meatmas!!) (also, I didn't have the energy but a new game plus full speedrun would be a wild endurance challenge. IYKYK.)
some more info about the stinger issue: The first time reaching the level, two out of the three Jets disappeared. after resetting the level, the jets stopped disappearing at all. at one point, there were four Jets? with only three missiles? and none of them registering hits? I purposefully crossed the red line to fail it, came back to it, and it started again from the beginning, two out of three were destroyed then resetting the level meant the jets were no longer destructible. And while I don't want to be yet another fan pestering you to add this or that to the game (I can only imagine how much of that you put up with on a daily basis), I *would* like to genuinely encourage you to work on contract griller if you can find the time and motivation for it. It just seems like such an enthralling concept, and I think we would all enjoy seeing it come to life. But that's just my two cents, so do what you want. It's your game after all, and for what little time I've been following it, it's been amazing to see it grow.
I got so mad when i saw that lmao 🤣. You can still definitely beat the level without crossing it tho. It’s much more fun if you don’t imo. SPOILER: just find a gap where there are no barrels behind the target and you can shoot through the target without detonating any of them. Finding those angles is the fun part of that level for me
I immediately gave up on the idea of lining up shots to avoid ricochet and just grabbed and thrown the barrels covering the targets behind me so I can get a risk free shot Does take a great portion of the time but it works

Wish I saw these logs before it was done so I could suggest; I saw that you said you were just going to have 1 intermission for "break time", but you could always change that item the people use to break the clock is. They could be in front of a giant clock with a sledgehammer if you wanted lol.
I spent a while puzzling out the mortar puzzle. In doing so, I got out of the bounding room on the "Use the mortar from the previous room" area. Then I walked towards the target, hit the failure zone, kept my momentum as the game sent me back a level, hit the red line on THAT one, and got sent back to the snake eater ladder...
I had a good melee idea to add to this game. I think at some point you should try developing in a ballistic knife that actually fires but can also be used as a knife.
oh thank you so much for "fixing" 10-3, my synapses are old and decayed, they just COULD NOT keep up with the task of reacting to a color, aiming at it properly and sending the trigger signal to my fingers fast enough 😭

The geometry of the SCAR nade launchers is weird. It places the pose point in a way that would make things break/glitch out in H3, which is why I haven't added one

Anton I believe there is a bug on the level 9-9 for me. I cannot seem to get the stinger missiles to explode the jets consistently. I've shot them, and at them. Hundreds of times. I've seen them hit. Seen them partially explode. And fully explode (only a few times) but I just can't get it to work right. Trust me I'm using the weapon correctly. Aiming correctly. They're hitting. Just not exploding the target. If you have any idea why it would be appreciated.

I remember way back last I was actively watching, you had demonstrated the Index and were using it for some time. I see you're using Vive controllers now. I dont know if it is only me but I just realised that there is no advent calendar this year for new guns to be put in the game. I am wondering if there will be a Meatmas gift on chrismas and if so will there be a video?
Well the one with the rope and space pistol is the worst of them all for me, a slow moving bullet with weird irons just took me 20 minutes to get it, the final was hard but taking your time gets there, some are very cheeky and made me think but all I can say is this was an amazing experience to finish the whole thing!

Don't have any current plans related to it. Just getting through the holidays, managing my injury. Don't know what my 2025 is yet. How the holiday season goes sales wise will impact a lot
Should add one where a gun has a million attachments and the challenge is to remove them to make the gun useable in some fashion

After getting killed 3 times by unlucky ricochets, I finally beat it by just throwing the gun at the targets instead of shooting them

You know what would be cool? Stencils and spraycans so you can paint your own camo schemes or just vandalize stuff

I would love to have an unranked option that removes the timer for people who just want to have some fun with out the stress.
I can't disable the timer without breaking some things, but I can add an option where it's really slowed down

in one of the missions where it's tilted, you fall to the back of the shooting range, and from there, you can't press the restart button.
