He looks like a completely different person, not a bash, not an insult, just saying he looks much different, his Jeffersons appearance was a classic 80s episode🤙
Well, there are over 40 years separating appearances :)
But no bash taken :)
This is fascinating. Ike could do a Master Class on ADR. I learned so much. Thank you!
Danica McKellar has posted videos on her social media about ADR. Would love to see you interview Danica someday in the future.
In the movie “Memories Of Me” they reference the “Walla Walla”. I didn’t realize it was a real thing.
Learn something new with Ike each video :)
I share Ike’s feelings on “deep fake” technology. It’s one of the few things I dislike about “Rogue One” when we see Princess Leia at the end.
Some are good, and some . . . :)
@@PopCultureRetro Did you see the ESPN 30 for 30 on Al Davis and Pete Rozelle? Awful. Just awful.
I always thought that *Witch Mountain* orphanage looked surprisingly posh.
They knew how to treat their kids right :)
What an interesting topic! I tuned in because I remember Ike from my childhood on T.V., and learned about an entirely new subject! Thanks for taking the time to do this interview. And if Ike ever sees this, I enjoyed your movie & television career back in the 70's & 80's. The Witch Mountains, Emergency, & CHiPs are what I remember the most! Glad you have had a great adult life.
Thank you for your kind words, as well as for watching!
It was a fun topic to cover. :)

Interesting, good chat.
28:56 L.A. MadDogs. If you can, ask Ike what where his experiences like working with Newell Alexander and Mitch Carter. Also, how much was the recently passed Jan Rabson involved with the L.A. MadDogs?
Other great ADR talent coordinators were Leigh French and Mickie McGowan. One is retired and the other one has passed away.
We will have to follow this up!
With Jan Rabson, i mean if he was, it may sound weird, a recurring looper on the L.A. MadDogs or if he was a guest looper.
The actor Nicholas Guest is a guest looper *nudge nudge*
@@rickifriki Nudge received and Noted! :)
Ok, so where can we get those Pop Culture shirts? LOL Seriously, we want merch! 😊
It is coming! :)
I can’t wait for this video. You guys are awesome.
Thank you for watching! This was a fun one to discuss! :)
This was so fascinating listening to Ike talk about his voice overs behind the scenes. Very interesting looking forward to more of your podcasts😊💐
Thank you for watching!
I enjoyed listening to this! Very interesting.
Great guest! And host.
Now he's going to ask for a raise! :)
Thank you for watching!
Thank's Ike for the education. The old saying is true you learn something new everyday. The next time I watch an old movie I have to try and listen for "Walla Walla" or "Peas and Carrots" vocalized by a bunch of women.
Been trying to pick up the background chatter as well :)
