Done more dungeons this patch with rdf than all the other patches combined
RDF is fine but the premade group finder is so much worse than what we had you can't find a group for anything anymore outside of chat channels :(
I don’t agree , your just not used to it . Been playing this WoW since cata . And this upgraded retail version of premade group finder is so much better . You’ll get used to it

Are you trolling or? This is 100x better than the piece of shit we had before. You can sign up to multiple things for one and seeing people's ilvl is a life saver as someone who hosts a lot of pugs

Q'ing on Mirage Raceway Eu in RDF in Outlands content is taking 6-12 minutes as dps to get e run. Cool content!
On my server tank and healer queues are nearly instant or within a minute. So the queues aren't too bad if you're 80 but on my mid 70s hunter it's about 15 minutes or so. I'm just so glad we have it now.

I’ve been levelling a tank alt and at 7:30pm ST I queued for 45-60 minutes for a lot of RDF ended up just questing
The guild I am in has only done normal 25 twice as we raid Mon and Tues. We hit the 3 hour time limit we have on council the second night, so we are down to 4 boss. On 10 man normal which is our Sat night raid, again 3 hour time limit, We stumbled a bunch but reach father than the 25 man team(all the 10 man players are in the 25 man team). You can clearly see when a mechanic is failed. I missed one or two items as I did not understand that the dragons frost comets move, targeting different locations.
I wish they would tune the chick second boss in toc down a little bit. If you que i to a group with classes that are not great with interupts its going to be a long day in there. Its to the point if people que into it. They just immediately leave and take the half hour desserter buff

I’ve had the mount twice from the bag shame I farmed it last year with an army of alts and friends with an army of alts, last year we did around 400 summons and got 3 mounts total

HH mount drop rates are insane. We had 7 people get it today. And it's not even 6pm yet!
We had one guy get it twice on 2 toons lol
I think wowhead made a post about how your first loot bag per day has a higher chance to drop the mount

I had a gamma OCC where all the dps did 2-3k dps as a tank I carried but then no one wanted to use amber dragon for whatever reason and we had 4 ruby dragons and well it was over an hour and dear god I realized then this rdf is rotted.

I always just accept that I’ll have a 30 minute deserter debuff if I get OCC in rdf

RDF is 6 badges in 20 minutes, love occulus now... you can carry as a tank.@@alexander4089
That's always been Oculus though. Like that's why when RDF pops Occ, you immediately leave and take the penalty.

queue times are around 10 mins on benediction for me as a dps

Trial of the Champion Gamma is still troublesome, and random players in this just make it even worse. The only time I seen it go decently well is with a Geared Disc priest healer, other than that.... I generally leave before its over.
You need to yell at people to press interrupt on the priestess lady. That's the only fight I've died on and every single time it's because of dps not pressing interrupt.
I'm kinda over alts right now. The sped up content and all the dungeon currencies, grinds, is really burning me out.
I feel you. Had to more or less drop one of my alts. Not even sure I can maintain 3 chars now.
RDF is great havent had any bad groups yet touch wood, usually takes maximum 5mins to get into a dungeon so farming saronite from scourgestones is pretty fast
Yep. 6k GS pally tank on Faerlina and I can confirm that queueing pops a group immediately and as a DPS on my mage it can take several minutes.

While you can queue multiple times for HH a day, you can only get the HH loot bag once each day per character. The loot bags hold every drop other than the rings, so the only point to doing it multiple times a day would be to get the rings.

I am 11/12 HC with 60 pulls on LK (didn't do PTR) and although it's been nice to do this raid that I wanted to do when I was a kid in Wrath... I think I'm gonna be bored of it in a few weeks. Really feel like I'm just done with wow. Once we have LK down and I have decent parses on all the bosses I think I'm gonna call it a day for this era of classic.
Wrath really feels soulless compared to classic and even TBC. I always thought Cata was the beginning of modern wow but no, it was Wrath.
And after all this time I don't even like RDF! It's full of absolute idiots. Also the raid finder is a big downgrade from the previous version, not sure what they were thinking with that.
The new premade group finder makes it soo much harder to find people. Since the update the lfg channel is just spammed 24/7 and you cant read anything in it
I am kind of upset that their is no pvp tab in the premade group thing. why the hell is their a tab for quests and zones but not one for finding partners for arenas or premade bgs. You force all the use the custom with is full of random boost runs ads and other nonsense. While the quests and zones tab is empty 90% because their only 3 out quest that anybody ever trys to find others to do and their done only while leveling.
They "hotfixed" rdf for low level dungeons today. Its awful. I queue on a 68 and keep getting Blood Furnace. Its painful.

Don't think the head drops off the boss? I've done a ton, and have only seen it drop from the bags.
RDF queue times while leveling are very long, you can’t queue with people if they’re over 4 levels higher/under you and has limited realms. Hoping they patch this soon but the queue times can easily exceed an hour at some levels (even in the level 70’s)
Ive been using it on my level 31 hunter and never had a Q longer than 30 minutes. Maybe it’s a level range thing 🤷🏻♂️?
Rdf is the best thing to happen to alts
The RDF they have given us feels unfinished and buggy, hope they fix it because right now it's not a good experience

You can but you have an (account wide) 5 runs an hour lockout

@@rbNNN2 loot yes but only the items that drop directly from the boss (rings, weapon if lucky). Not the loot filled pumpkin which can drop the mount, pet and drops emblems of frost. You only get that on your first run of the day on each char. I have 5 lvl 80 so I can get that 5 times a day. On my paladin I farm the horseman for the ring I want multiple times a day 5 times. Then do something else
RDF is fine till you get a tank who don't let grp buff or healer get mana.
Press mana potion
-1 tank queue
-2 healer queue
-8 dps queue
Benediction server alliance
Much easier than 2008 when people used only few addons :)

ICC is nice... But for any Others Release... Make it please with the weekly release ffs especially when you want to play alts. Shortreleaseweek sucks so hard. You have less time for the content not to bei behind. Else our guild clearen icc25/10 with some HCs as we expected. So its quite fun so far 😉

For me, raiding is supposed to be about the fun with people I like, I don’t really care about doing the raid at the hardest setting, some people really enjoy it, so I appreciate that there are both settings, what I don’t like is when because of the FOMO that most people want to do the heroic just cuz of purple ilvl envy
Every time the raiding difficulty spikes, participation plummets.
RDF is annoying, its nice to have dont get me wrong, but they have restricted the level range WAY to much, if you solely wana level by dungeons, you basically end up doing the same dungeon 6-8x in a row before going up 1 level and then the dungeon spam changing to the next dungeon :(
That's how it was leveling when wotlk first spotted. Gundrak spam was fun though.
Hell if you were certain classes, you wouldn't even be invited until you got your aoe.

Nah RDF has not been good for high pop servers (cause we never needed it for end game content). Some groups don't know what they are doing, or they are on an alt they don't know how to play. But the big problem is RDF marking people for PVP. As a Shaman healer this means totems like cleaning totem don't work, and chain heal wont chain to them if I'm healing someone who isn't marked for PVP.
The pvp bug is super lame
Paladin beacon suffers this as well afaik. Really annoying and something they need to address.
RDF on the whole though is exactly what it is, a random dungeon with random people. If someone is doing something wrong and you let them carry on doing it wrong and wipe, that's more on you, sorry to say it. If you tell them and they still foobar it then it's on them.

Frozen orbs have always been a need on every server. Everyone equally needs them. Gear is different, not everyone equally needs them.

People have been needing orbs since the beginning of Wotlk. It’s only like 20-40g, and everyone needs so nobody can just ninja
ICC is proving to be pretty boring. Not in difficulty but in mechanics and enjoyability. Most people i know are all wondering why so many people thought this was one of the best raids ever

RDF is the worst. Had KILLED doing dungeons. Took me 2hours to make a group that used to take 5 to 10mins before. Thanks antisocial weebs you killed WoW a second time.

Im getting instant que on tank and healer and dps is like 5 min. ? How on gods green Earth Can i take u 2 hours to que? Tbh i dont believe that for a second. Plus. Nothing has changes for the social aspect. Just like before.
Join a group for a dungeon, clear it then leave. No written interaction other the people flaming if Someone in the grp is a numbball.

The gdkp crap is getting insane, players themselves make WoW pay2win these days and see nothing wrong with it, it just drives chinese gold sales (likely blizzard subsidiary) and the ability to basically convert wow token into gold is just as sick
Classic is a missleading name for all this since theres not much of classic wow in it, imo should be called Nu whatwith the nightmare dungeons and so on and all the pay2win bros can burn in hell for ruining this game
