So over the past 3 months I've been thrifting here and there and have been holding onto these pieces waiting to make a proper collective thrift haul and it's now HERE BABY! I even thrifted MULTIPLE shoes like that never happens! Yes some of these pieces aren't "summer", but like I am going to continue rocking them now matter what (even if I'm a big BALL of sweat in that long leather jacket)!

I needed a white dress for a last minute event last Saturday... I was dreading buying a full priced dress that I didn't even like from the mall, but instead I visited a Platos' Closet for the first time and found the PERFECT one for only 10 bucks! I was floored and silently thanked Alexa, the patron saint of amazing thrift finds. 😂

My last thrift haul for anyone interested and because I have no friends to tell: linen Madewell ruffled button up top $2.40, Chinese Laundry metal chain brown leather clutch bag for $3, black Marciano dress for $2.40, black DKNY Sport oversized athletic pants for $2.40, black and white Nike shorts $2, pink and blue yoga shorts from Fabletics for $2.40, Free People wrap dress $2.40, a spooky 100% silk tie for .97 cents)
Oh my gosh I’ve been meaning to tell you this for like 6 months and I just always forget!! You can (and should!) get a mini measuring tape that’s attached to a keychain so that you can put it with your car keys and that way you never forget your measuring tape again! They are like $5 on Amazon!
Wow I’m so jealous of the trench coat! Honestly I find the best stuff thifting when it’s out of season ie floaty dresses in winter or long coats in summer
The first green dress get some white jean short shorts distress the ends so when u wear the dress only the distressed ends of the jeans will show while keeping you covered and it’s such a look 💕💕💕💕💕💕💕 lol i hope u see this
WOW, the For Love & Lemons black top you got from Karina is PERFECT for you! Lucky you! And that black leather trench? Such a great deal to begin with that the money you spent for getting it professionally cleaned and conditioned is totally worth it. I totally agree with you about not having to tie the straps yourself, I love it when they're permanently sewn together!!!! I can never get the two straps to be the same length and the bow to be in the same place 😭
I never use a measuring tape, I just use the tip of my middle finger to the back of my elbow. Always button the pants up first. I also double check by putting it around my neck making sure it's not to tight. I tend to do it with vintage clothes mostly, with no stretch.

Recently I also thrifted Zara shorts very similar to yours (maybe even the same model, but in a different wash) and I love them. They're high waisted, not too short and not too long in the leg part, just perfect. I might even try to find other similar ones in a different wash.
Honestly yes !!! I’m still shocked! Even when I bought fast fashion I neeeeever found shorts this good so yeah definitely will be having my eye out for more in different colors while thrifting or even Poshmark! 🙌🏼

a modern 26 is actually equivalent to a size 2 or 4! so it makes sense the zara shorts fit.
You should get a set of shoe stretchers! I recently thrifted a pair of leather shoes that were about 2 sizes too small but I just couldn’t pass them up! Two days later in the stretchers and they fit!!
