algenomen my workout partner showed up with a head harness about three weeks ago. I work up the next day and thoughts about not moving. It’s a new kind of soreness for sure. My word of advise as a well seasoned lifter who recently started training the neck, start light and do less than you think you really need to for the first week or two.
