Great yard this year. The statue was a great idea to replace the fallen tree. Glad no one was hurt when it fell. Thanks for the inspiration and hard work you put in.
A little idea: If you only want the eyes to show up use a CRT, plasma or OLED monitor/tv, not LCD. These can display true blacks as opposed to LCDs, so the black part around the eyes won't light up.
Love the Eyes underneath Jack! LOL You will have to do a Video on how to do it. I'm pretty Stupid,( just ask my wife ) LOL..., sooooo I love being able to see a Step by Step videos, on how you do your Halloween props. Since I am not a techie, I am not really familiar with the Video equip terms? Loops??? You also refer to some other electronic device that you use to project your images? Next question, how to you project the Big Skull on the side of your house, that looks pretty cool as well! And another question for you, why care about the Tree? Why not Fill that space with your Infinity Mirrored Hearse? Just wondering, why you miss your Tree so much? Aside from that, you are doing a TREE mendous job. Love the eyes! LOL
a lot of the stuff i build is made from from foam and wood so i just apply heavy coats of outdoor paint which seems to hold up well to all the rain we have here in florida
Your house is looking so awesome already! Much more left to do? Love the revamped Jack Daniels statue and new pedestal looks great. ( is he all foam?) Some great height with the missing tree. Your eerie eyes creeper in the bottom is a great touch !
Thanks!! I dont have too much more to do I need to setup my upstairs windows still and the hearse needs to go out on the big night. The statue is made of some kind of light weight plastic luckily he isnt too hard to move around! Thanks for the inspiration on the column!

I usually mess with the lighting almost every night. Sadly I dont get to relax much since it can rain at any moment every night all of my animated pieces need to come in each night. Most of my nights are spent putting them out and listening non stop for the rain, then when it does run out as fast as I can and grab them all
Eerie Acres Cemetery I love messing with the lighting. It's my favorite part. I didn't realize you basically set it up and take it down each night! That's dedication! We keep all our animated stuff inside till the holiday. We don't usually have issues with rain in TX but the winds are always a headache here.... Must be a sight in your house to see you leap up from your spot and run outside to pull it all under cover. Do y'all get a lot of traffic before Halloween? We get our Neighbor's but not much until Halloween
Its running on a computer monitor, in person its not bright at all I think the issue is filming in low light the sensor on the camera is making everything including the yard itself brighter to make up for the lack of light. so the monitor here looks brighter than it really is in person.

I would turn the brightness down on the projector. It would make the black background less bright and you will see JUST the eyes.
