一般的印度米比起一般的白米的升糖指數低,所以對血糖反應稍微比較好,但不代表糖份比較少或低熱量哦 :)

一開始試下減少大約50-80%飯量,增加蛋白質和脂肪,看看精神如何。然後過了幾天可以慢慢增加你的飯量,看看什麼份量適合你
