Interesting to see the A320 in the rugby livery take off from runway 16 instead. Why don't other aircraft do likewise during the rush hour? It would dramatically ease congestion at this busy time. It just shows that it can be done if required. Smells to me like the IAA and DAA would rather make the airfield look inadequate and justify their requirement for another parallel runway.

the best spot is along the southern end of runway 10/28, and easily reached from the terminal by walking or driving 👍

Your camerawork is ok, but you need to film away from the motorway as it's noisy and blocking the view.
