Those new 737 Max's sound like their bigger brothers the 777's now. Especially upon take-off and engine spool up. Always loved that high pitched whining sound.
The Bombardier, now the A220 looks a combination of NEO engines, a 777 APU exhaust and an A350 nose. Awesome aircraft though, and ingenious of Airbus to revert to the 200 series designation vice the A390 or something. Brilliant.
Great spotting, so many single aisle Aircraft heading over the atlantic from Dublin, can't wait to see the first Air Lingus A321LR joining the club. The moment when the framerate startet matching with the fanblades of the CSeries and so it looked like they run backwards was awsome :D
The WestJet 737 at 10:20 , how is it over in Ireland? I mean, how can a 737 get from Belfast to St John's? Is it modified? It's registered in Canada which confuses me. Can someone tell me how it can go so far without falling out of the sky? Thanks in advance. Also, I've been meaning to say this for a while now, thanks Casey for doing what you do. It is very generous and thoughtful to upload your spots onto the internet for us to enjoy. Will often watch these videos in the background whilst doing something else for relaxation. I could sleep to the sound of the A320 startup. Boy did that A220 look nice. I look forward to seeing more liveries.
Casey Planespotting well I never! I always thought that the 737 was a shorter range aircraft. I never would have thought it could have flown TransAtlantic almost. You're welcome for the comments. It's the least I could do! :)
I've never really liked the new Lufthansa livery. It just looks to me... bland. Like, there's nothing that makes it stand out. Nada, not a thing. I want the old livery back. It had so much more charm than this one.
